So the app says open 24 hrs and let me order, but when I went to the drive thru they said only 24 hrs through door dash. It was 12:10am. What's the difference. It's all to go. Just a huge inconvenience.

I placed a mobile order and when I got my food there was blood on/in the bag. I tried to call and wasn’t able to reach anyone. Will not be ordering here again. Needless to say I threw away the food. Disgusting. Will be reporting this facility.

Terrible service, they had me waiting more than 20 minutes for a takeout order and I politely asked them what was wrong that they wouldn't give me my order, and the man got all angry and reluctantly ignored me twice. Terrible service, if you don't like your job why are you there and thank you there. I left the order for you to give it to that bad-tempered person you have serving me.

Extremely slow walk up service White guy will come to the register after he has finished gossiping with the old lady who walks with a cane After they are finished talking about the customers & raking some over the coals He will take your order! He is not front end material! The black guy who is usually there is Great & 100 percent professional!!! The old lady on the cane needs to stop watching FOX news & mind her own business! When you get the food EVERYTHING IS dry & cold Because it's been sitting at the station while the white guy and old lady are gossiping When you get your fries THEY ARE COLD & MEALY If you ask for hot fries they give you major attitude! Whomever owns this joint needs to get rid of the 2 jerks ruining this establishment!

The employee handing out orders to customers was clearly upset about something and was very short and rude with another customer. We were planning to eat in the dining room but he made us uncomfortable enough to leave. I don't know his name, but he was a bald white guy if that helps.

They wouldn't even let me go to the bathroom before placing my order (I need a code to get in). I'm by myself, what am I supposed to do, take my order in the bathroom with me? The older gentleman just stared at me, not a "hello," "can I help you," nothing. Blank face, unwelcomed stare. I asked if I could have the code for the restroom. The older gentleman asked if I had an order. I told him that I hadn't placed one yet, which WAS my plan. He said that I had to have an order. I never even take drinks in ANY bathroom. It's unsanitary. So, I took my business where it was welcoming and wanted, and has better food, at Cane's, where people have better personalities, and greet you with a smile, not grumpy like the McDonald's employees seem to be. Thank you, McDonald's, for showing me how much you (don't) care about your customers being able to wash their hands first and not carry food in the bathroom. It's not like I'm a kid, I'm 50 years old! I won't be back to this unwelcomed establishment.

Absolute trash. Drive through has 3 windows and no one is bothering to work at any of them. You pull up to the speakers and can hear the workers chatting away but none of them bother to take your order. Half of them are high as a kite smoking weed in the kitchen. How has this place not been shut down?!?! If I could give it a negative number or zero I would!!

Ordering online the order may not be right. Good 2 out 3 on accuracy. Also the dining room hours are posted incorrect. Makes for a long walk home after work to go out of direction. Definitely refuse to order online with raised fees when I was just there

Worst McDonald’s I’ve EVER been to 100000000%. Waited 25 minutes to order and pay. After making it VERY clear what my order was, the entire thing was completely wrong. We were in a rush and did not have time to go back and wait in the 25 minute line to return our order so we will be leaving starving. Also, I called to try to receive a refund and got no service back. Never visit here even if it is the last restaurant open on earth!
