Possibly racists against caucasian men. I don't see any working there , when I returned to Lexington in March of 2016 i applied and was denied there. You don't see any caucasian men working there nor , have I ever. Lots of complaints..
Order on line for delivery, half of my order was missing, try to reach store and there was NO answer, my kids were not able to eat their meals, so I went straight to the store!!!!!

I ordered from the Order Here big screen app and says to choose a table and relax as the food will be delivered. I waited for almost 10-15mins with no sight of anyone coming. It’s not even a busy day..whole floor was empty except 2-3! So I went over to the counter, nobody even responded even though I’ve said excuse me several times! Yes, they heard me but they were all ignoring me due to their focuses on the drive thru! Well hello.. u have a customer here too! Finally a man responded and asked me and when I told him I’ve been waiting for my order for the past 20mins at my table, he looked around and found out my order was placed NOT ON MY TABLE but on ONLINE DELIVERY PICK UP COUNTER!! N he tells me that “it’s been right here, quoting my table no!” I was so embarrassed but then I knew he wasn’t right because clearly I wasn’t expecting to pick up my own food (which was cold by now) at the online pick up counter!! If ur eating here inside the restaurant, it says the food will be delivered to your table!!
So peeps.. now u know! Mc Donald’s either need to change their policy or their staffs!

Can't get an order right.
It’s so aggravating paying for food that you don’t even receive in your order. I ordered about $20 worth of food tonight around 9:30. Nothing crazy, a total of 4 sandwiches, a large fry, and a drink. There was no line in the drive thru at all. Just one other car at the window, then someone who pulled up behind me after I ordered. Point being they were not busy. Please tell me how I ended up with someone else’s food that was about half of what I ordered? Is it really that difficult to put the right order in a bag and pass it through the window? The employees seem to really not care whatsoever. They really need to get it together. Is it too much to ask for them to give me what I paid for? People really should avoid this location unless you want to pay money for food you don’t receive.

I usually go here because they have fresh food but this time my experience was trash. I ordered through the app. The payment went through as pending on my bank account and I also got a receipt sent to my email but the app was still at the payment part. When I walk in and tell them what happened the manager said “that don’t got nothing to do with me” and “I can’t do nothing about it”. I leave and a couple days later the payment processed so I got no food, no sorry, or anything and I’m out of like $10. Hopefully I can get it disputed. They definitely need better staff.
Tbh this was my push to stop going to McDonald’s again.
