Terrible! I can tell instead of making fresh fries they just threw them in the greese again for a minute. Everything was cold and rubbery. All we got was two 10 piece nuggets and fries. We ordered large drinks, got small. This place is a dump!

Beverly is amazing; she always greets me with a smile and remembers my name. I love coming to this location just to see her and because I know my food will be right. I moved and still drive to the Richmond road McDonald’s because off the outstanding service and hospitality.

The manager Mary on night shift was very rude. My order was missing the sauces for the chicken nuggets and she told my daughter that she packaged the bag herself and the sauces were there. Told my daughter she was a lair and needed to pay .25 for sauces. After I came in she continued to be rude and disrespectful over sauces she forgot to give us. She was unwilling to listen and kept walking away. Very unprofessional and this needs to be addressed. A grown adult speaking to a child in that way is very disrespectful

I report this to the owner of MacDonald. The workers at this restaurant every time I come to pick up a delivery, they do not deliver the order. They always say that the system does not have it or that someone else grabbed it. The manager tells her workers what They have to say when they don't like someone for free, causing the restaurant and the driver to lose money just because of their personal whims. They have bad people working. They are unprofessional.

Night shift was horrible. Told them no pickles on a burger due to allergy and they ring it up as no pickles on the label placed on the box of the burger, yet it had 2 slices to be exact of pickles on my burger. Thank God I checked my sandwich before I bit into it. Unfortunately I was already home so had to trash it. Something so simple can literally cost someone so much because workers rather be lousy and careless.

I ordered food through door dash this evening right before it closed. As I ate my food to my horror I realized after I took a bite out of my mcchicken, that it was raw. They had obviously not cooked the chicken all the way. Beware of raw chicken being served
