The Nicholasville Rd. location in Lexington is the worst McDonalds on the planet. They mess your order up every time, they’re rude and I’m not sure anybody in there can count to 10 or tie their own shoes. Avoid this place.
So I have been to this McDonald’s three times since moving here. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have went through I sit at the intercom waiting for them to take my order for 5 mins or + and I’m a very very patient person and very kind because you never know what is going in the store or if someone if having a rough day or if they are training or not. The staff here are rude and incompetent. They cannot run a drive through to save their lives. They fix orders and let people sit for 5+ minutes waiting to place their order. It happens over and over. Rude interactions. They have zero customer service skills. They act like they are bothered with anything asked if them. If you don’t want the job then leave. There are good people waiting for you to get out of the way.
