Most of the time it’s good but other times it sucks. There like 3 people who know what there doing we sat in curbside for almost 20 minutes I’ve worked at McDonald’s and know fast food is not always fast but it was 10pm and they were dead. We got cold food. Drive thru is always good most of the time.

Messed up my order forgot one breakfast sandwich, but they added an extra hash brown for some reason. Bread was a little stale, but I didn't have huge hopes for a 6am drive through .

I ordered a Carmel ice coffee and they put vanilla instead.. so I went back to get what I wanted… rude and nasty the whole time and didn’t think to make it right.They never get my order right and wanted to be selfish with the sauce only give you one. Not a good look disappointed…

If I could have given no stars I would have. The food is not fresh and the orders are not correct. When talking to management they refuse to make it right leading to having to contact corporate. My advice is to avoid McDonald's.

This is a great McDonalds. I come here often since the McDonalds next to my house is a disaster. This location is almost always on point. They are friendly and work with a sense of urgency. The employees actually take their time to try and make the food with care.

If you want your order messed up this is the place to go! I have never been to any McDonald's where every time the order is completely wrong or whatever. This didn't just happen to me personally but also when I get doordash deliveries from here. Today i placed 2 separate orders for mobile pickup. The lady working the drive-thru didn't seem to know what she was even doing. But finally, she got it figured. Then I pull up to the next window and the employee hands me 1 order and half of the other. I sat there waiting on the rest of the order and the lady acted as if that order didn't exist. After a couple of minutes, she handed me the rest of the second order. I'm done coming to this McDonald's. It is the worst one around!!! I'd rather drive 20 miles to a different once than ever go here again.

I always check because not 1 not 2 not 3 but multiple times I have ordered a large fry and paid for that large fry and for a medium that couldn’t be even be considered a medium bc it’s half full. It is so frustrating paying for 1 thing and getting another. I usually always check the bag as like I said this has been an ongoing issue and the ONE time I don’t I get home and sure enough it’s a half full medium!!!! My bag says Large!!! My fry is medium. So who checks the bags exactly to put the correct items in? Bc whomever that is, needs a talking to about ATTENTION TO DETAIL. And this is the Nich Rd location!! Richmond Rd is solid and always gets it right every single time!
