If you want your order messed up this is the place to go! I have never been to any McDonald's where every time the order is completely wrong or whatever. This didn't just happen to me personally but also when I get doordash deliveries from here. Today i placed 2 separate orders for mobile pickup. The lady working the drive-thru didn't seem to know what she was even doing. But finally, she got it figured. Then I pull up to the next window and the employee hands me 1 order and half of the other. I sat there waiting on the rest of the order and the lady acted as if that order didn't exist. After a couple of minutes, she handed me the rest of the second order. I'm done coming to this McDonald's. It is the worst one around!!! I'd rather drive 20 miles to a different once than ever go here again.

I always check because not 1 not 2 not 3 but multiple times I have ordered a large fry and paid for that large fry and for a medium that couldn’t be even be considered a medium bc it’s half full. It is so frustrating paying for 1 thing and getting another. I usually always check the bag as like I said this has been an ongoing issue and the ONE time I don’t I get home and sure enough it’s a half full medium!!!! My bag says Large!!! My fry is medium. So who checks the bags exactly to put the correct items in? Bc whomever that is, needs a talking to about ATTENTION TO DETAIL. And this is the Nich Rd location!! Richmond Rd is solid and always gets it right every single time!

I hate waiting for too long. Was at hotel down the street for a few days. My day must start with coffee so after getting directions from an often used app off I went in search of sandwich and that morning cup. Not crowded. More employees than customers. Sandwich was about four minutes to arrive in my hands. Then it was eight minutes, after reminder to staff before coffee arrived. Not complaining much but as a customer at many locations throughout my travels thought wait was excessive. Next cup was purchased at convenience store across the street. Not in this state but have been employed by both in the past. We can do better. No?

This was not a very good experience. The girl taking the orders and answering the phone appeared to intoxicated. We went through the drive thru and Everytime we would try to order our food she would talk over him. We ordered the number 7 with iced macchiato and hot cakes large coffee. She stirred my macchiato with a dirty spoon this is a drink that doesn't get stirred normally and she didnt add caramel, when we got back to our room and proceeded to eat the food the hotcakes were hard on one side and the burritos were rubber like and hard on the ends. When he called to ask if we could replace the order and bring the food back she answered the phone with hello it was the same girl, when he tried to present the problem she was over talking him would not listen he made the statement that the food seemed as if it was made yesterday she called him a liar. He was more than willing to bring the food and was not lying. We ended throwing the food away and ordering doordash. This was a complete waste of time and money. She does not need to be the manager. She was very rude and we will not be coming back to this location ever due to her rudeness and unwillingness to listen and replace the messed up uneatable food.

Getting our food took forever. They weren't busy. So I don't know what the problem was. Not very friendly. Food was barely warm. My husband got his food way before me. And was almost done eating by the time I got mine. They just say mine on the counter and never said a word. My husband happened to see a bag sitting on the counter and said I bet that's your food. Sure enough was. It shouldn't have been bagged. Should have brought it to our table like they did his.
