1 star because 0 stars isn't an option.Both times I've gotten the steak and egg bagel it's been overcooked and missing onions.Today we were missing condiments, OJ, onions on my food and got a random tub of sausage yet the sausage with the breakfast platter had clearly been pulled off of a biscuit prior to being placed in with the pancakes. The hash browns tasted and looked old.....redipped to feel warm. I'm the one who checked the order and nothing was "hot" 45.00 (over 2 visits) is enough of a loss for me to move on. Now that I'm writing this I'm surprised we don't all have food poisoning. Avoid at all cost.

I ordered two small chocolate shakes, and I am inside the restaurant waiting. I’ve already waited for 15 minutes and it’s still not here. There are three other people that are waiting on their food. We’ve been waiting as long as me. Do you want fast food? This is not the place to go.

I have came here multiple times where no one will answer you at the drive through. Today no different. I pull up to the window as multiple cars drive off. Lady comes to window. “We close at 10:30am”. I don’t even argue I just leave. Then I look at the clock. 10:05.

Came through drive through got a bacon egg and cheese bagel and there wasn't any egg on my sandwich come on guys its not that hard to do your job. Had to go straight to work and took it as a loss just will have to start checking my food since its hard to fallow the

This is genuinely one of the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. My order has been UNCOOKED and RAW twice. PLEASE take your time and find another one in Lex if you can. The customer service is horrid and they will take forever to take your order and when they do they will be interrupting you the whole time and make sure the order takes forever. Then after that you are lucky to have your food be correct or even fully-cooked. i’ve had my order messed up multiple times, and just recently I have had my burger pink throughout the inside twice, there’s a picture of one of my QP’s attached. Avoid this specific restaurant at all costs, trust me it’s not worth it, I’m sure they pay their way through health inspections.
