Just asked if my bagel could be switched for a biscuit but couldn't get a biscuit because they were switching over so what they threw out all the biscuits already, plus my sandwiches were thrown in the bag sideways and was completely fell apart and this isn't the first time I've had bad service here they have messed up multiple orders with my family, I understand needing speed but don't be a dick and definitely people want quality also not something slammed together just to hurry up and get it out

Can’t say much for atmosphere when this and all McDonalds have basically been converted to drive through mobile orders. I eat in my car.
Amazing for a fast food restaurant to almost always get my order right. I hope the owners are paying their staff well. These workers are busting their butts to make it all work and deserve the credit.
How can you rate food that is the same every where? They do faithfully honor requests like no pickles and don’t over salt the fries, so I’m happy .
Have I mentioned; McDonald’s, your work force is the reason you exist. I’ve seen customers treat them horribly. I know it costs you a few dimes to make your $3.75 french fries. I pray you’re spending the profit on your workers and not your shareholders

I used to come here a few times BUT now i AVOID it unless it’s a last resort, and i still try not to. They had a whole new staff come in (managers and all) and it just went south. Every time I have gone there it’s always super slow and they ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS forget something in my order. It’s either that or the people have an attitude (usually not towards me but one time). They get frustrated when you circle back around or come inside and ask for what THEY forgot. They then tried to make me pay for a sauna e they forgot and when I said “no. i never got my sauce” they had the audacity to look through my bag and say “are you sure?”. Hate to say it but avoid at all costs

Ordered dine in, selected table number and put it in computer. No table service, food dumped in bag and left at counter, employee didn't even announce the order number as ready. Went to the counter after a long wait and there the order sat getting cold and it wasn't even complete. Person at the counter had no clue what to do, where condiments were kept, and of course spoke no English. Not his fault, but don't put someone in a front line situation that can't do the job. This particular McDonald's is pathetic.

Worst experience I have had at a McDonald’s 20+ minutes to order in drive through. Claimed they couldn’t use my app code, missing food items and food was ice cold. Worth the extra drive to Tates creek.
Showed up at 10:45 pm when they close at 11, waited for a few minutes and no answer at the speaker so we drove around to the window to ask if they were still open to which the employee responded yes and said we would have to drive around again to order very rudely. By this point I was fed up so I left

Nicholasville Rd and Man O War, by Walmart. I was there on Oct 13 and went through the drive thru for fries and a coke. I got the fries and they were disgusting. I parked and went in and asked for fresh fries and the guy said it would be 4 min. I waited the 4 minutes and watched the 2 workers go from the window to making food while never washing their hands. Then the guy remaking my fries coughed in his hand. He looked at me and then went and got my fry box and opened it with the hand he coughed in. If they do this with a customer clearly watching, who knows what they do at other times. Thank goodness it was free fries cause I took them and threw them away.
