Maybe if you stopped listening to rap music so loud in the back of the resturaunt that you cant hear ur coworkers, youd get an order right. I ordered a mcmuffin (sausage, egg and cheese) and a mcgriddle (sausage egg and cheese). What i received was a bacon egg and cheese bagel, a hash brown i DID NOT ask for, a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle and a half cooked egg randomly in a container on the side?? Yikes.

Ok I just started going to this McDonalds. Wo t be back.its ok they raise prices but letting service go down. I ordered the big breakfast w/ pancakes. No syrup. No forks. I also ordered LARGE coffee ask 3 time you sure this is large looks like medium. She told me 3 times No it's a large I ask again and she kind of laughed and said we are out of cups!!!! But still charged for large! What I am saying is ok I pay for raise in prices but I also what What I pay for.So if you want to pay and not get what you are supposed to. I also called manager and he was unconcerned he just wanted to le me know that the monopoly game was over which I wasn't concerned about that at all. I had just stated I buy large coffee alot and now they have the monopoly game piece. So that's why the cup didn't have it because the game ended today. Which again was not the issue!

Reporting them to the BBB, the manager there is RUDE he hung up on me because THEY didn’t put my baby chicken nuggets in her happy meal box & they gave me a lg drink with out the sticker on there. And wouldn’t give me the number to corporate.

My partner and I don’t usually go to this mcdonald’s but because it was later in the evening and it was open, we did. We placed a mobile order and my partner went to pick it up. I then got a text from him asking if I had ranch at home. I asked him why and he proceeded to tell me that they had “ran out of ranch sauce”. I had ordered the 2 snack wrap meal that has one Gold edition snack wrap and one ranch one. I asked why he needed to know if I had ranch at home and he proceeded to call me and tell me that the worker (who didn’t have a name tag on) was trying to not even give him the snack wrap because of them not having ranch. She also went on to claim that a refund had already been processed because of that (obviously not true) and when he then showed her there was no refund and said he wanted the snack wrap she got angry with him. we did and up getting the wrap but I have worked in fast food and now work in retail, she could have offered a ranch cup or a different kind of wrap. This was by far one of the WORST experiences we have had at a mcdonald’s. We will not be returning.

This has to be the worst McDonalds in town. I come here often since it is close to my house and every time there is an issue of some type. Usually it take 15-20 minutes to get your food whether you go inside or use the drive thru. The food is often below standards. It’s greasy and thrown together with no care. It’s a sloppy mess. This isn’t a review based on one visit as I said before. This is a build up of 10-12 horrible experiences. I am sick of being let down by this location and will not be returning.

Plan to start going to takes creek McDonald’s from now on. I never get a receipt from this place. Every time my order is messed up it’s like I gotta give finger prints and donate blood to get its corrected even when I have photos and used my app codes!

Then, after you spend $20 there and ask for a cup of water., “it’s 0.27 for a cup of water ma’am, it’s not free anymore.”
Oh..
last Saturday morning was a disaster. They charged my daughter her entire gift card because they messed the order up and told her to “take the egg off” her sandwich and it would be similar to what she wanted. All she wanted was 1 sausage McMuffin and two hash browns and ended up getting two sausage and egg McMuffins and NO
Hash brown and it ended up being triple the price!
