I’m not a review writer by any means, and I doubt I’ll write another review for the rest of my days, but I just had the most bizarre experience at the Hamburg McDonalds this morning (Sunday morning).
I placed a mobile order this morning, and selected pickup at the counter when I was probably 5 minutes away. When I arrived, I immediately saw the mobile pickup counter area (you can’t miss it when you walk in). After roughly 5 minutes of waiting, I decided to pull up my stopwatch app on my phone to see how long it would take. At 7 minutes and 40 seconds, I stood up and look at the counter again to see if my food was hidden in the pickup counter cubby, and it wasn’t. I pulled my camera up and took a picture of the pickup counter to send to my wife as to why I wasn’t home yet, and a woman (employee) came out of the restroom and saw me snapping a picture and stated, ‘you better delete that from your phone this ain’t the place and we ain’t the ones’, which I replied, ‘too late I already sent it to someone’. She stepped up roughly 5 feet from me and I truly thought she was going to swing on me (which I seriously and honestly wish she did. I’m always up for an early retirement).
She then very rudely asked me, ‘what do you need’ in which I told her I was waiting for a mobile order, and told her my number.
Long story to get short, my order had been sitting behind the counter for the last several minutes.
To all this I ask the franchisee, what’s the purpose of a pickup counter when that’s not even where it ends up?
Hey I hope anyone from McDonald’s that took the time to read this has a blessed day. I don’t want anything, just maybe ask the employees not to act like they’re going to knock a customers block off, and maybe use the pickup counter for pickup orders.

As my friends and I embarked on a journey to try and survive camping in sub-degree temps, we decided this McDonald’s was the place for us to start our trip off right. We initially planned to order at the kiosks but a friendly lady beckoned us to order at the counter with a big smile! She seemed like she was delighted to serve me and had a twinkle in her eye. The food was ready at lightning speed! It was the first time I ever had coffee that was hot but not too hot that I couldn’t take a drink right away. They kindly pre-mixed my creamer in my coffee for me - wow! Everyone was extraordinarily friendly for a McKee Dee’s and one worker even complimented my ugly Chaco boots on our way out saying “those are so cute” and I said “thank you! My friend over there has Chaco boots too”, “oh, cute”

A lot has changed in a year and this place has really gone down. You order, and pay for, extra on your sandwich and you get half the amount. The frozen Cokes have gotten weird, any of the other McDonald's aren't having these problems. This one depends on you driving away and not realizing you've gotten hosed until too late. Buyer beware at this McDonald's.

Stopped here for a pit stop while driving North. Got what we were looking for - quick food with a good deal, hot cup of coffee, a clean restroom. The folks managing the place were pleasant. No complaints!

Pulled up to the ordering screen and I guess someone in the parking lot over honked their horn so the dude working the order screen said “bro it’s literally been 3 freaking seconds chill” then proceeded to have an attitude saying “yeah well don’t honk your horn after 3 seconds what do you want” when I said I literally have been sitting here looking at the screen he said oh well we’ve had issues with people honking as soon as they pull up…… TERRIBLE customer service
The food its actually so bad the people at the window DONT understand anything you say make sure u check ur bags and I hope u don’t mind having any sauce with there dry chicken nuggets 😏

Love going out Black Friday shopping for hot chocolate and getting a hot cup of milk. Not that hard, and the kicker is we waited for 2 for about 15 min. Both hot milk….did get the whip cream right though.

It's every time we eat at McDonald's, either drive thru, mobile pickup or delivery something is missing. Last time my husband and I got breakfast and by time I got home completely wrong order for my breakfast. I live on other side of town and no one wants to have to make 4 trips to get the right food. I never went back to get right breakfast meals replacement.
