I order online and my order was never delivered. They drop it off at the wrong billing. then when I called them to ask, where is my order they told me people like us like to get free stuff. I was really mad and pissed because I didn’t see my food and Laci just to let you know, it was a little rude of you to keep saying things like that..but yeah, they left it at the wrong door.. I had to call DoorDash support. Try to get my money back. This is how my apartmentlooks like

We had quick, accurate service, and the food was great, served at the right temperature. The staff was attentive and helpful, quickly getting our food ready for us. The dining room and restrooms were clean and nicely maintained.

I typically always order through the app because it makes things go so much faster. Most restaurants going through the drive thru I watch people order on the spot and it slows things down.
Today I order on the app and pull up to the mic. No one else is in the drive thru. And after about a minute someone answers and says I need to hold on for a minute. I wait another 4 or 5 minutes to the point where someone else pulls up behind me and I’m still waiting and waiting just to tell the person working the drive thru I have a mobile order. When they finally ask my order and I tell them my mobile order (which is just. A drink and fries) they hand me my drink and I tell me fries will be another minute and to pull around. I go around the side of the building and pull up to the first spot closest to the door. Someone immediately comes out and tells me I have to pull up to the spot furthest from the door. I figure the guy behind me needs to pull up behind me too. Nope.
When my fries finally comes out the guy took his sweet time and talked on his phone the whole time.
I’ve never seen a McDonalds so slow and unprepared when no one else’s order is holding things up. The scenario took over 10 minutes for a drink and fries.

This McDonalds is the best one I have been to in awhile! The food was hot and fresh! I actually had to let it cool off for a minute. The girl taking orders was quiet but polite. Our food came out quickly. The Oreo pie was tasty, although very sweet. My husband and I split it.
