Went through the drive-thru, when we reached the first window the employee said the wrong order and we expressed are confusion and she immediately got defensive. She asked what the name of order was, we never gave a name. She told us to go to the next window and slammed her window. When we reach the next window, we could hear her saying that we were being smart asses to her. Completely ridiculous, we didn't even talk to her long enough to say anything that would cause that reaction. I would highly recommend not going to this mcdonald's, why would or should anyone have to put up with a employee who is acting like a child.

Pitiful!!! 2nd drive thru has both non functioning menu screen and the 1st lane is about to die too. So they can charge whatever they want for a item. I have no choice but to call HQ to get this joint to fix their outdoor menus. It's been too long.

Don't understand why mobile pickup orders have to stand in line LONGER than people that order through the drive thru.

It's ridiculous when people who were behind us get their orders quicker than ordering through an app.

Also, Don't appreciate how they cheat the system with the timeclocks telling us to pull down to the window so their time isn't counted?

Have been waiting for 17+ minutes for some damn food.

Edit: FINALLY got my food. Fries are cold, Missing items from order. This isn't the first nor will it be the last time this crap happens

Drive thru menu signs rarely ever work. The breakfast staff are nice and efficient. If you want everything you ordered in a timely manner, I wouldn’t go whenever the next shift gets there

The Drive Thru sign is often malfunctioning for various reasons, the cashier generally does not confirm your order while you are ordering nor state the expected price, order will often be wrong and in need of being corrected, and staff often drop pretense of customer service when you notify them of a mistake. French Fries are often cold, stale, or both.
