My pappaw is in the nursing home and he still craves hot coffee and apple pie. They recognize us from our usual order for him and always greet us warmly. Would recommend this location over many others for being genuine and down to earth and building customer rapport.

Order was missing two McChickens, asked the person in drive thru if they were put on the order or not because i wasnt given a receipt. Instead of trying to rectify the mistake and see if i was charged for them or they were missing from the order entirely the two employees began screaming and arguing with eachother for a few minutes. I ended up just leaving

This might now be the worst McDonald's in Lexington! Last couple of times I went the order has been wrong. The inside of the place has been a real mess lately, guess they don't clean anymore

After waiting in the left drive-through lane and five cars in the right drive-through lane proceeded through the drive-through, I loudly said hello hello into the speaker for times. I got no response. Two more cars from the Wright drive-through Lane venture to the window and receive their orders. I went to the third the first window And told the young man that I had not placed my order and that more than five cars who were in the other lane, had already gone by and I was not asked for an order. He told me that was impossible that every car before me and after me has placed an order. And I said no sir that’s not accurate and I even said hello hello numerous times and got no response. He said he didn’t believe that was right. So I told him he should let his manager know that perhaps something is wrong with the left lane drive-through and that he should be kind to the customers who have waited in line for so long. He slammed the window glass so hard that it rolled back open.I will not visit this McDonald’s again.

They keep forgetting my bacon on my bacon quarter pounder. And twice the forgot the chocolate in my hot chocolate I don't understand how this even happens it's in the name
I love these folks! Happy friendly and Fast with door dash.. I'm a platinum dasher, breakfast w/ these folks is always FAST&HOT this is what I like... Good food for my clients.. thx y'all🙃
