I felt a treat was in order so I paid almost $5 for a McFlurry only to find it half full…it was LITERALLY half full. I requested they fill the cup but was refused. (I do have pics.) I don’t want to come off as a bitchy pig but that stuff is expensive for a widow on a pension.

Service here is slowww! If you are in a hurry for lunch beware. I’m probably still stuck in the drive thru. Update: finally got my order and it’s wrong. Wrong food, wrong drink (diet). Guess they’re just handing out whatever to get people out of line. What was right was cold. $25 down the drain. The management here needs to do better. You’re taking peoples hard earned money at least give them what they ordered.

Never had such bad service and been disrespected in my life terrible service y’all first shift management is horrible. Terrible customer service. I was told my mobile order was canceled. I said that’s fine. Can I at least still order my drinks in the process of me speaking the manager still presumes to walk off and ignore me and left me sitting at the counter for 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged me..
Update drive thru hours … definitely not open til midnight
