I'm not sure what the issue is with this location, but their service is just rough. Eye rolling and intentionally giving wrong items because I asked them to correct the food item is just disappointing. I've given them multiple chances and just don't see any improvement.

Quite possibly one of the worst McDonalds I've ever had the unfortunate please of stopping by. Employees would rather chat with the one person in the drive through instead of taking the orders of the ones waiting at the speaker. Have witnessed them stand by the telephone and let it ring away while they conversate amongst each other instead of answering it. If you must stop here for food due to time constraints I wish you the best of luck because your going to be late wherever you may be going š¤·š½āāļø.

Drive through lady EXTREMELY RUDE. Opened the window and just stared at me and said āwhat are you waiting forā very meanly. Had to repeat my mobile order to her 4 times. Gave me 1 straw for 3 drinks. Very mean

Whoever worked at the first pick up window, around 12:30 on December 15th is INCREDIBLY rude. She had no manners, did not even greet and got annoyed when she handed me the wrong bag. I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of respect and kindness hereā¦.

This is by far the worst McDonaldās in Lexington At 11:00 am I ordered my food fries and chicken were both cold. This isnāt the first time and Iāve waited up to 30 minutes for my food. My daughter ordered a pumpkin spice coffee they had us pull over to wait after 35 minutes no one came out she went in now late for work , they laughed and said we forgot about you oh we are out of pumpkin and gave her a black coffee and some creamer for almost $5 that she had already paid !!!!
The one on Georgetown Rd is truly awful. You get home and every single time you don't get what you ordered and paid for.

Cold fries It was 7:30 on a Sunday 10/19/2025 I mean cars in the drive thru You'd think the food would be fresh. I spent $12.70 of my hard earned money. What's up with them.bot handing out receipts either? So you can do the survey on how bad they suck.

This place never fails to take my order dead last in the line when Iāve been waiting minutes and then immediately takes the order of the lanes right next to me as soon as they pull up
Edit: And they got my order completely wrong. The fries are cold and chewy. Literally the only shining spot of this store is the tattoo guy giving out the food. Heās great. If my kid didnāt demand a happy meal Iād never give this store a dime.
