I ordered the two cheese burger meal without ketchup. I also asked for a little side cup of the onions that go on the burger. I do this because when I ask for extra onions, they either eliminate the onions completely or just put the regular amount. I figured this was simple enough. NOPE!! As I'm ordering, the guy taking the order kept interrupting. So I tried to clarify again once I reached the window, but he continued to interrupt and tell me he got the order right. Of course the order was still wrong š .We attempted again, clarified with the same person as well as another colleague that I don't want ketchup on my burgers, that's it. After confirming 5 times. Yes 5 times!!! They STILL got it wrong. The guy who wouldnt shut his mouth while we were ordering and later confirming he got the order right, had the NERVE to be upset that he kept getting the order wrong. I wasnt even upset, never lost my temper and didnt even give an attitude but so many of these people are immature and take NO accountability for their lack of common sense. They obviously dont want to work. McDonalds workers are horrible at their jobs 99% of the time because they clearly don't care. 768 Winchester RD, Lexington Kentucky. If you want to pay for poor customer service and get your food completely wrong, go to that McDonald's. Well...almost all of them are like that. Do better McDonald's. Stop hiring degenerates, PLEASE!!

I if could rate this Mcdonalds a Zero star I would. From the moment I walked in the door, we were not greeted by any means, when trying to order at the front counter we were instructed to order on the kiosks when we were the only customers in the building, when ordering on the kiosks I overheard the workers talking amongst their selfs āIām glad that they were ordering on the kioskā. It wasnāt until after ordering what Iām assuming was the manager came out when we were done ordering. The coke in the machine was not working correctly when we approached the counter we were not acknowledged at all, someone finally came and filled up the cup. It wasnāt until when we got the food, we checked to see if the order was fulfilled correctly, when in fact It was not. An apple pie was missing from the order, we asked the āManagerā for another apple pie, she said with an attitude that will be another 12 minutes, we had no time to wait so we just said forget it. This has to be the worst experience Iāve had at a fast food establishment. When in Lexington I will be sure to avoid this McDonaldās and I hope everybody else does to.

I normally don't care how people or employees talk to me. But when I am out with friends and family, I get protective. My friend asked for a meal and the order taker instead only put down a sandwich. My friend corrected her. When we got to the 2nd window, the employee misgendered and said some rude things about my friend

I got to this location maybe 1-2 times a month, the fries are never salted, the burgers are always stale, and Iām not sure if they even have coke in stock because Iāll always get handed something that isnāt Coca-Cola after asking for it.

this is the slowest McDonalds in town the employees are lazy, rude and nasty even uses dirty bags from floor to put food in. slow service is not a correct word it is more like they will get it when they feel like it if they are not all texting instead of working this is so bad save yourself the trouble and go to another a mile or so away on new circle they are great and the place is clean not like the nasty one on Winchester road gross

Waited 10 minutes in line, 5 minutes at the box, another 5 minutes at the window to pay and finally 10 more minutes to get o ky a Diet Coke. Itās wild how consistently poor all of these McDs are in the Lex/Fayette area, not shocking they are all owned by the same McTribe franchisee, they are hands down the worst fast food experiences possible. I needed a reason to stop going and they provided me with more than enough.
