If I could give zero stars, I would. I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this McDonald’s, all because of the nighttime manager, who I was told is named Wendy. I placed an order through the McDonald’s app like I’ve done plenty of times before. When I arrived to pick it up, an employee told me they were only accepting Uber Eats and DoorDash orders. I explained that I had already paid through the app, but they just repeated the same thing. I left, confused, then came back after seeing in the app that you have to contact the store directly for a refund. Since I couldn’t get my money or my food, I tried again. I was told to pull up to the first window to speak with the manager. That’s when Wendy came into the picture — immediately rude and dismissive. She waved me over with an attitude, didn’t ask for my code, didn’t check anything, and just said, “The system is down, can’t do it.” I asked for a refund, and she brushed it off, saying, “It’ll go back,” which is not how the app works. Then she slammed the window and walked off without saying another word. Wendy’s appearance was completely unprofessional for someone in a management role — it reflected poorly on the store and only added to the negative impression she gave through her attitude and lack of basic customer service. Thankfully, a much younger employee stepped up, asked for my code, and actually helped me get my food. He handled the situation better than the manager ever did — calm, respectful, and efficient. But once I got the food, the burger was smothered in so much mayo that it was completely inedible for me personally. After the way Wendy acted, I honestly couldn’t shake the feeling that it might have been done on purpose. It just left me feeling uneasy and disrespected. Wendy had no interest in helping, no professionalism, and no business being in a leadership position. It’s honestly sad when a teenage employee shows more maturity, customer service, and care than the manager in charge. I won’t be returning at night until there’s a serious change in management.

They were very slow about taking the order at the drive-thru. That's after we started verbally giving them the order.

The order was correct and the food was hot which is unusual at a fast food restaurant these days.

So you can't order a cup of water through the app, then when you ask for one at the window, they decline saying you had to have paid for it. Truly dumb system.

I'm giving this McDonald's a bad review.Over two holiday pies they gave them to me cold and I expected them to be hot, now I have to set here for twelve minutes in order to get my hot holiday pies

Nasty, the most disgusting crap ever. How is this place still in business? It has to be the toy in the happy meal. There's no way anybody with taste buds could eat this stuff. I tried it, realized it was terrible, so let my dog try it, and amazingly, he turned his nose up and walked away from it as well. Horrible excuse for food.

Never will I go to that McDonald’s again. They either giving people food that’s been sitting awhile. The bread be hard. It’s been numerous times I’ve gotten home just to realize I was missing food or certain items I paid extra for. I shouldn’t have to hold up the line to make sure every little thing is in the bag. I don’t see how that McDonald’s still operates. Avoid this McDonald’s at all cost.
