Horrible customer service!! I don't even eat McDonald's but my son wanted it tonight. I ordered off the app and while processing my payment the app says "Error, this is on McDonald's end please order in store." Well I get a notification I was charged $8.98 from McDonald's. I look back in my history and my order is no where to be found on the app. I drive to the store still, thinking showing my bank account would be okay to get the food but I was totally wrong! The manager Jessica was very rude and treated me like I was lying even though I showed her where i was charged in my bank account. I did contact the franchise owner. I am hoping to get a refund and apology on how the manager acted towards me. She did not show customer service at all and shouldn't be managing if she is rude and not understanding.

I’ve Been here a week and come here in the morning and every morning without fail. The drive-through is so inefficient. It’s like they’re cooking one order at a time That still comes out lukewarm. Can’t wait to get back to New York where they can process 30 cars and under five minutes.

Ordered a quater pounder with bacon. No bacon came on it even tho it was marked with bacon on the box. Burgers of entire order were old and buns were stale. Charged for 3 medium drinks instead of 2 mediums and a small. Fries were cold and thats straight out the window. Is this the best you got? To be honest dont expect much outa the ghetto area and people they hire.
It’s a great group of guys and girls in the nighttime manager is bilingual and we had a good conversation about the Duolingo app and how we only took her about six months to learn it and speak fluently and that’s my goal anyways, keep up the good work guys
