We ordered a couple items and I asked for a water to go with it. The girl over the intercom asked if bottled water was ok and I said, No thank you. Tap water please.
When we got to the window we paid and pulled forward, they then handed me a bottled water. I double checked my bill and saw they had billed me 2 dollars for a water. I asked for a refund and the manager refused multiple times, and then told me I can call corporate.
Don't give me the choice between bottled water and tap water and then charge me for a Dasani that I don't want. Charge me 50 cents for a cup of water for all I care.
Managers have the ability to give refunds. The fact that she refused is pretty irritating. I'm not a fan of having money stolen from me.

Waited a long time in the drive thru.
Ordered a large fry.
Got a small in a large box. It was the only thing I had ordered for dinner along with a tea. Was quite disappointed when I got home. Fries weren’t really fresh either.
At least they got the tea right.
