I never expect much from fast food chains but i know that i can always count on this McDonald's. Food always come out fresh and they know how to make coffee! Their coffee is always strong and i'm glad they don't add tons of creamer or syrup to my coffee! Great management. Lovin it'

Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes to get what I'm assuming is AI at the speaker asking for my payment code if I'm using the app or to order when ready if not. I rattled off my large order only to be met with silence, about 30 seconds later a voice comes through "order when you're ready". Confusing and incredibly frustrating experience.
