Sat in line for, yes, seriously, 35 minutes. They went over both intercoms and pronounced “be with you in a moment” as the line hadn’t moved in 10 minutes.

I don’t think I’ve ever been served a cup of warm lemonade before until now. Food was decent enough and service while not particularly friendly, at least wasn’t rude. I was just extremely hot and thirsty so the lukewarm drink definitely didn’t hit the spot.

This is for the McDonalds 10573 Springfield Pike, Wyoming, OH 45215
I’ve had less than stellar visits to McDonals in the past but on the whole they even out. After yesterday’s visit it will take years to get the bad McDonalds taste from my mouth.
I made the mistake of thinking that ordering through the inside kiosk would be more expedient than waiting on one of a half dozen inattentive employees more interested in the text conversations. Boy was I wrong. The order placed I waited. And waited. And waited. After 10 minutes I managed to catch the attention of a lackadaisical teen. She harrumphed and waked away. I assumed to look for my order. (Two chocolate chip cookies and a large iced tea. So no work involved.) I watched the sloth like workers for another few minutes and asked again. The put upon young worker harumohed again and walked toward the back. She returned with a half full glass of tea and said they were out and it would be about 5 minutes before they could make more.
That was the end of the visit. Left with 2 cookies that I promptly threw away fearing the spit retribution by the sloths behind the counter.
Seriously. If you don’t want to work just go home. Have some pride.

The drive thru people are very pleasant and the coffee is good and hot!
I never expect much from fast food chains but i know that i can always count on this McDonald's. Food always come out fresh and they know how to make coffee! Their coffee is always strong and i'm glad they don't add tons of creamer or syrup to my coffee! Great management. Lovin it'
