Ordered a shake on the 9th, the machine was down. They said they'd refund, they didn't. I contacted Mcdonalds national support, they said to contact the store. I called the store, the voicemail was full.
My order when I got home was short the 2 sandwiches I had ordered so I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant since that was dinner. I asked for the manager and told him I would like to have that money back and the sandwiches comped due to the serious inconvenience. The manager eventually told told me to stop talking, said I had threatened the restaurant and said he was going to call the police. He did not want to hear anything I had to say .  We are not a McDonald’s family because they are not exactly vegetarian-friendly,
but tonight I (mobile) ordered a drink from them and I spent 30 minutes at the store being ignored as I spoke to people two feet in front of me.
Never again.
