My order when I got home was short the 2 sandwiches I had ordered so I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant since that was dinner. I asked for the manager and told him I would like to have that money back and the sandwiches comped due to the serious inconvenience. The manager eventually told told me to stop talking, said I had threatened the restaurant and said he was going to call the police. He did not want to hear anything I had to say . So this is a good example of their customer service. I should have checked the order before I left because I knew better. Will use another Mcdonads. Can’t recommend the Tates Creek location.

I put in an order at 10:10 AM for breakfast received several messages from my DoorDasher that they are still there waiting tried calling to see what’s up and no answer. I have eventually resorted to blowing up their phone 15 times in which somebody finally answered claiming she was a manager and was extremely rude and snarky, saying that they were busy there is no reason in the world that an order of three sandwiches and a hash brown should take over 30 minutes to prepare. I hope this manager loses their job because they’re obviously not very good at it nor effective

Answered the drive thru, "you using the app" this is after they just went through 3 cars in the other side after I was to my order much first. What kind of bullshit is that. After responding "no" they replied "ok" and that's it. Nothing else. For over ins just sitting there after that point while other cars go through the other mic. Never coming back unless its to kick the shit out of employees.

This place has gone from being my favorite location to grab a Diet Coke to the last place I want to go. They eliminated the self serve drinks and now you can wait for 10 minutes just for a soft drink. Terribly inefficient. Drive thru lines are awful, waiting inside is worse.
I like my McMuffins my way and that is how this McDonald's does it. Their coffee is always fresh. The drive-in moves well.

Was cussed and berated for going in 15min before lobby closed was called racial slurs and homophobic slander all because I wanted to treat my children to some McDonald's. Legal action will ensue. Whomever the manager was is the one that was doing all of this i would avoid this location at all cost.

Maintenance was huffing and puffing about the kids getting sanitizer saying it was too much. This was the first time in this McDonald’s for about 6 years and the last time.

I stopped into McDonald’s between 12 and 1:00 AM. I got the new chicken sandwich. I had been wanting to try it. It was so hard and over cooked I couldn’t eat it! I I even got it without Mac sauce! I will never be back to this location! It’s a shame someone would serve something like this! They are open 24 hrs. You’d think they would do better!!!!
