Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. Didnt move an inch for 18 minutes. The person taking the order struggled to talk. I asked the cashier what was going on I was ignored. Ask the employee that gave me my cold food what was going on all he said was everybody was cooking. While he went to look for my food he left the window open that usually blocks your view to the interior of the store. Bad mistake. Trash on ground, dirty floor, very ‘unkept’. Told him how bad the service had been he said something to me as I drove away. Called manager when I got home and all he said was they were short on staff, they were busy hiring and training. The general manager got on I told her about the service and the dirty kitchen - she basically screamed she was going to close the store and have everybody clean, then hung up. Wow. Not eating there again. I was not surprised to learn they have a very low google rating of 3.2.

This is my preferred McDonald’s in Lexington. Order is always correct and they keep the line moving. It is worth the extra few minutes drive if you are nearby.

I recently visited McDonald’s on Saturday night and received excellent service from Debbie. She was polite, quick, and made sure my order was correct before handing it to me. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude made my experience better than basic. She deserves recognition for the great job she’s doing in comparison to some mcdonald’s workers. I plan to also do the survey for her and her only.
On the way to work convenient have a choice to choose from but this seems to have more deals and the food is served very fast

This location is one of the worst, if not the worst I have ever been to in my life. I don’t know if it’s the management, but it takes FOREVER to get food from here. Like, I’m talking 20+ minutes. It’s absolutely ridiculous and half of the time they get your order completely wrong. I hate going here.

THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALDS TO GO TO. I deliver in Lexington and it’s always an excuse . I can go from 1 am to 4 am , they always say that they aren’t taking orders or their systems down , which Ik isn’t true bc every single one of the employees our outside every time . Always laughing and playing around. The excuse they use during the day is someone already picked up the order. But be fr every time I have an order during the day ,someone else didn’t pick it up makes no sense. This place is ridiculous and not to mention the disrespect, they are always rude. There’s no reason they need to have an attitude and be disrespectful every time. Something needs to be done they need to really look into this place. This place is so unprofessional and the nasty behavior is unacceptable. They need new employees. DO BETTER 😡

Online it says y’all are open 24 hours, I drove all the way here cause my back was big and I wanted a cookie tote just for yall to say you’re only doing online orders and pickups…it’s only 12 o clock that doesn’t even make sense and I’ve ordered at the window later than this
