My order was messed up after being in drive through for 10min. Went back through to fix order and was treated as if I was lying. After telling 3 people the same order I asked if I could have a medium fry for the mess up and having to wait he straight up looked at me and said no I will charge you for the fry and give you what was missing SERIOUSLY I will wait on my burger I get home and those were messed up I dare not go back. This location is horrible BUT great at messing your order up. Will go to different location from now on.

The employees working in the kitchen don't even try. I ordered a M&M Mcflurry and the candies were poorly bulked on top of the ice cream. I had to mix it myself which completely defeats the purpose of the mixing machine behind the counter. The lady who served it to me threw down a spoon, almost spilled it, and walked off without showing any gratitude. The only person I will credit was a seemingly 25-year-old male who ran the POS Machine and took care of the sauce issue when I presented it to him. Even the soda was bad. I'd say the best thing that afternoon was a 20oz Dr. Pepper I bought from Kroger. In contrast, at least the restaurant was clean. I suggest going to Culver's. They value their food and customers.

Placed a mobile order when I arrived at the store the employee told me if it's not a door dash he isn't making it and that they are closed even tho it's a 24 hour store then was told I would have to wait 48 hours before I can get a refund or use the app because he didn't want to cancel it very disappointed

You would think with all the people they have working they could get your order right.I use my mobile app at different McDonald's and this is the only one that the two times I've used it at the one in Tates Creek they claimed not to have gotten it.I had to show them not only the receipt but that I got charged from my bank. They tried to tell me that I wouldn't be charged but I was. Not until I demanded my food or money in front of everyone did they make my food and give it to me.I go out of my way not to order from them but my husband was the one who ordered and I picked it up. Maybe they had more people in there that spoke and understood English there wouldn't be such a confusion.

My husband went to pick up our order. We had not done a pickup order there before. When he got there, he did not have his code. The manager was extremely rude., She rolled her eyes at him and huffed and puffed. In the process of trying to get the code from me. When I called a few minutes ago to get her name she would not give it to me and hung up on me. Something needs to be done about the rudeness of the employees there. I have had the same girl take my order twice in the drive thru that was extremely rude and had 0 people skills. We will not go to that location again! There are plenty of others close by. These women should not have their jobs if they cannot be pleasant and patient with people.
