I was in the drive-thru this afternoon and I ordered coffee along with some food. When they handed me the coffee the lid immediately popped off, spilling coffee all over my hand and burning it. The girl at the window seemed to be laughing about it and gave me some napkins, then someone else told me to pull forward because of their idiotic timer. I refused because no one had offered an apology and expected me to convenience them while I was in pain. I did not ask for a refused but a few moments later a woman, presumably a manager, was shoving cash at me and telling me if I didn’t t move from the line she would call the cops. I told her I just got burned because her employee doesn’t know how to put a lid on and she said that maybe I was too stupid to know how to hold a cup.

Went through drive through. They were only taking cash and tallying order plus tax by hand. Order was wrong and most of the food was nearly room temperature. They tried considering but in sum they failed.

so booty ong, my bacon was burnt,the other one didn’t even have bacon, and they managed to make chocolate milk taste bad, i was forcing myself to eat this because there was nothing else. waste of 10 dollars.

They mess up something every time I get something delivered and it’s always something silly or it’s ice cold this time. Just pissed me off completely. Like it’s just pure laziness at this point like why. They put my kids ice cream down in there no lid nothing, Just in a cardboard little thing like what the hell? It got all over the food. It got over the bottom of the bag and how do I know it wasn’t tampered with.

The bathrooms were disgusting, the toilet paper roll was laying on the floor and the employees seem to not understand how to open a toilet paper roll holder. It was like this in every stall too. On top of this, the employees never called out my number when my food was ready, and it ended up taking them nearly 30 minutes to make a plain cheeseburger, and they couldn’t even get that right because they forgot the cheese, TWICE!!!! I could do this job better than them.

If I could give a 0 I would !! The manager there is young and very disrespectful . McDonald's use to have rules for how employees treat their customers ! I work at a hospital and I'm not the only one with negative complaints about this McDonald's. The manager said call corporate he didn't care they won't do anything .. Tells me that McDonald's corporate really doesn't care or the owner as long as they are making money !

Worst experience ever. From the attendant, who had a nasty attitude, cold French fries and overcooked chicken crispy. $35.00 thrown to the garbage. Got to get new order at Chick-fil-A across the street

There’s this like 50 year old guy who does the drive thru in the morning and he’s the rudest person I’ve ever interacted with. He just literally shouts “MOBILE APP TODAY” as the greeting. I get that he’s miserable but maybe he should just quit and stop making it other people’s problem?
i must be old fashioned.... why in the hell do i walk in a mc donalds only to be ignored for 10 minutes at a time? this is ridiculous. its not just this location either.... tons of people standing around, no one greeting guests. it must be corporate policy .
Literally just need two apple pies for doordash... They're not done somehow when I walk in.... Not a problem though. However...
When I'm standing there and everyone refuses to look at me much less speak to me, how am I to know if they're on the way out or not?
Am I supposed to holler and yell and beg for the pies?
