So I just left McDonald’s 15 minutes ago I got a quarter pounder with cheese meal and I actually pretty much got a cheeseburger. I ain’t got no onions no cheese I got pickles, ketchup, and mustard and can’t contact nobody to tell them that they screwed my order up I swear this is the worst McDonald’s in Lexington. I asked for a quarter pounder with cheese and all I got was pickle and ketchup and mustard. where is my cheese where’s my onions like but you can’t even call them to tell them Screwed up my entire order literally

I just got home from this business and my food is half raw I'm trying to call the store but there's always a answering machine that crazy enough is full so you cannot leave a message but I need this order replaced I'm already home someone needs to contact me to get this corrected and learn how to clear the messages there's a reason why they probably full due to them not cooking there food you definitely would fail a core audit

I just left the driver thru the cashier in the front window held up the breakfast line arguing with me about his mistake and I was not leaving with the eggs on my breakfast sandwich and my child is allergic to drivers behind where pulling off. Actually 2 mistakes over charged so I have my debit card and receipt ready for him to take them to put my money back on my card and then fix the food and he argued me up and down and I work in fast food many years ago and I was the best at it so I hope the 2 managers that had to come out assured him the costumer is always right especially when we have a line backed up!!
First McDonald's I've seen with a refill fountain drink in a long time. It's tough. Customer Service though is a little slow but reliable. 4.5/5

I am unable to give a critique of the food or the service because the store is locked up and I am unable to enter even though the sign says the dining room should be open at this time. I believe their drive-thru is open but I don't want drive-thru. It's 8:30 in the morning. I feel as though they should be open. Several people have come and tried the door only to walk away. Disappointed. Doesn't seem like a good way to run a business to me. :-(

The drive thru service was rude and didn't even say anything to us when we went through, all they did was hand me me stuff no communication at all. I definitely won't be stopping here unless it's the only option even then I'll probably choose to wait for something else at least the food was good and fresh that's the only positive.

I love the fact that you can get tasty food quickly in these places, if you don't have the time to wait. But the sizes are smaller and not very cheap. For a few more dollars, I could go eat to a restaurant if I had the time. Still gave 4 stars.

It was hot as hell in There It made my nose burn . I guess it was preset and no one could adjust it. Thats all i can say. Everything else was great.
