I was honestly bummed! It was just “fine” and I was expecting so much more. It's beautiful and a great vibe but the food and drinking were lacking

Beautiful space, efficient friendly service. Food was 50/50. Husband thought crab cake tasteless and absolutely terrible limp fries while my chicken sandwich and side salad were great.

Great ambiance for casual drinks or dinner with family, friends, or anyone you'd want to impress. Food had solid portions for the price and was delicious. The appetizer menu felt basic & lack luster for a place with this atmosphere- my mind wanted a variety of options from charcuterie, hummus, bread. Either expanding the options or replacing some of the current ones. I'll definitely be back to try some of the other entree items.

We shared all the dishes we ordered and nothing was less than outstanding. Service was perfect, and the place is gorgeously decorated and comfortable. We both agreed this is one of the best meals we have ever had, and we know good food. Will definitely be returning as often as possible.

Menu was varied and each dish received different variations and attention with outstanding results and flavors. Service was adequate, drinks well served. Will definitely be back

Millstone is absolutely lovely—very Charleston‑esque in its charm and atmosphere. We started with the bacon jam deviled eggs and the crab cakes, and both were outstanding. For our entrées, I had the short ribs, which tasted like a warm hug. Truly, get the short ribs! My guest ordered the filet and said it was fantastic. The service was perfection. We appreciated all of our server's recommendations—from the wine to the food—and she was incredibly professional throughout. Needless to say, I'll be heading back soon for both personal meals and client dinners. A+++.

Great food - loved the menu choices. Staff seemed invested in a positive customer experience. Looking forward to going back.

The food was great but we sat in a row of two person tables where you could hear the conversations next to you and had to lean back or turn around to communicate with the server. A little more space would be nice!

Absolutely delicious! We had the warm pimento cheese dip as an appetizer and shrimp and grits for the main course. I definitely recommend this place.

Great food, great service and the inside is adorable. Brussel sprouts were the best I've ever had.

I wanted so badly to love Millstone. The renovations are gorgeous, the service by our server Luke was excellent, but the food was mediocre at best. Not a lot of entree selection so I ended up getting the Arugula salad with grilled chicken. That was it...some arugula and grilled chicken. There were no shaved Brussel sprouts or parsley as described. The best item we ate were the appetizer hand-cut tallow fries. Wine by the glass was $16! I want it to be successful so I will try again and chalk it up to new opening kinks.

Some of the best food in Lexington! Crab cakes were delicious. We ordered the brussel sprouts and my partner ate them for the first time and loved them! Entrees and drinks were perfection. Cheesecake was next level!

We had the most wonderful experience at dinner last night. We made reservations to celebrate a friend's birthday and all came down from Cincinnati. Service was impeccable and food was top notch. We will be back!

Excellent food. One of the best meals I have had in Lexington. Mary Grace did a great job taking care of us.

Highly Recommend! Joe's presentation of the Never Say Die Old Fashioned was Awesome as was her service. It's All About The Bluegrass. The building, the architecture, the decor, the lighting, the Contemporary Cool Farmhouse Vibe makes Millstone my new #1 Lexington spot ... oh and the short rib is too die for. Unique and very, very good crab cake presentation. Yum!
