Buckle up, cause WOW! I had the smothered pork chops, greens & mashed potatoes, my husband had the shrimp/chicken Alfredo, Mac n cheese, & fried apples. Let. Me. Tell. You. Something. SO GOOD. And the cornbread???? Yes ma’am, as a EKY native I thought I’d had good cornbread-nope-not until today! Also, I grabbed an extra jug of koolaid for the road because it is sooooo yummy! The staff is soooo sweet and friendly, the atmosphere is familial. 10000% recommend.

Food is always good from here. But a friend of mine that I work with called in a half pan of corn pudding and a half pan of fried potatoes for a potluck dinner for our office today. Ask the woman yesterday if she needed to pay over the phone and she said no to pay when it was picked up Show up today at the time it was supposed to be ready and the lady at the counter says that it wasn’t even started, that nobody wrote it down when we called and she waited until after she waited on several groups of people to tell me that. I don’t care how good the food is from here. I won’t be back horrible horrible customer service.

Food is always sooooo good. I live in Cincy an I will be there today. Always go when in town.

Ribs, Burgers in Gravy, Greens, Mac n Chz, Potatoes & Gravy, Corn Bread, Cabbage.. absolutely delicious! Coming from Florida we just want some good mom and pop southern cooking and this was a top notch pick! Definitely recommend!

We tried to eat here but were unsuccessful. There were only a couple people in the restaurant when we arrived. For some reason the hostess told us to wait. She went to sit at a table with a couple other people and never returned to seat us. We went next door to the Italian restaurant.

This place doesn’t look like much from outside, it’s no frills inside but OMG the food is so good!!! We were a party of four all got something different and everyone loved their food. Sadly they would not give me the mac and cheese recipe… 🤩

This food is BOMB!! It's so good! Don't be a dummy, just go!
The sweet tea is straight diabetes, but it's delicious. The fried chicken will have you singing gospel music and the collards were better than my momma's.

The Food. I can't say enough about the food. It was delicious. The food made me think of eating at grandmother's house when we were young. It was absolutely delicious the barbecue chicken delicious the greens were the best I've ever eaten. Whenever you're looking for one of those hole in the wall places this is it would just absolutely delicious food.
