Got a slice of lemon meringue from Ramsey's. It was not good at all. The filling was gelatin like, the crust soggy & flavorless & the meringue was tasteless.

I bought a butterscotch pie and it was not fresh. The filling looked old and had turned dark brown, which I didn’t notice until I got home. I would have returned it if I hadn’t been so far away. Very disappointing that I was sold an old piece of pie. I would not buy again from here.

Ordered a blueberry pie for pickup the week of thanksgiving. Blueberry filling was dry, fibrous, bitter and you had to chew each berry for a while for it to break down. Only ended up serving 2 slices and neither were finished.
When I called for assistance with a refund, the boss Jason gave me a weird guilt trip by saying the store couldn’t refund me, but that he would pay me out of his own pocket to make it right. That’s not a fair place to put someone in regarding a refund.
I would not recommend buying pie here based on my experience.

So I got 2 pies. I got a pot pie which they only sell as whole pies. and i got a slice of cherry pie. the pot pie was pretty bad. i ate 2 bites qnd had to waste the rest. it was so soggy on the inside. its because pot pies should be served fresh and theirs is not. im not sure when it was made but it was cold so all the juices absorbed into the crust. the cherry pie on the hand was good in my opinion. it was also pretty cold so im not sure when it was made. the cherries were pretty sour but i didnt mind that bc i like sour stuff. if you dont like sour you definitely shouldn't get it.

They make the best Mayday(Derby) pies. It’s worth the price. I usually get them via DoorDash, where I live 30 minutes away, but if I were to go in person it would be worth the drive. Amazing pie!

My first time ordering a whole pie. I realized the Christmas rush may have impacted my end result. As a small business owner myself, I hope to never push beyond the point I can’t deliver the expectations my customers have come for in the first place. This particular pie was butterscotch, meringue had flattened, pie crust had dried so it was crumbling. Overall it was the pie batter itself, it was beyond thick, lacked butterscotch flavor. Had one guest inquire if it was still frozen (never frozen) after hours on the counter. At this price tier I expect to get what order in the restaurant they most notably serve. Verified customer number 136 on 12/23!
