This is a place I would recommend because of how good the food is. I would go here everyday if I had the chance to. The employees are well mannered and this restaurant should deserve a good rating.

Today the front cashier decided to give me an attitude just because I wanted to make sure that they were open ?! ( the sign says open at 11am but trust me the food is good, but most of the time when I come in no one is at the counter). So, I placed my order anyways and when my order was ready the very same cashier decided to take her nasty aggression up a notch by taking my order (that was ready) to the back of the restaurant and held my order while caking up with some guy for over ten minutes?! Like this can't be life. And to add insult to injury when this cashier saw me looking at her, she then skipped to the front and gave me my food with the most fake smile and had the audacity to say "Sorry for the wait" Never Eating there again, and I pray thee absolute best for some one who actually deserves less than the worst.

I decided to give this a try when my original destination ended up being closed. I ordered the Chicken Hibachi (pictured). One positive is it was quickly made from start to finish less than 10 minutes. Portion size is fair for $9.95. Taste was okay. The chicken seemed slightly undercooked and there was not a lot of flavor between the chicken, rice and vegetables. Overall this was a decent value and fast but didn't offer much to bring me back.

Great if you want to grab a quick sushi of whatever they happen to have ready to go at the time. The sauce in the hibachi chicken was very sweet.

Price is great, the food is tasty, made to order and fresh. I usually get the steak hibachi but have also had the sushi rolls.

Rice was over cooked and gummy. This was not fried rice. It was white rice with sauce on top and cabbage all over it 3 pieces of broccoli. The shrimp was decent. I ordered through door dash so i won't blame them for the presentation but this was terrible. I ate a few scoops and my stomach started hurting. This place has good reviews but they dropped the ball with me. This my first experience and will definitely be my last! Feel free to test your luck.
Food was ready quick but neither myself nor my boyfriend could eat it. First bite of chicken had bones in it. On top of that we felt the food had no flavor.

I had this place all the time when I went to UK and it never failed to disappoint. Writing this review as I sit here in Louisville looking for a quick place to get hibachi and remembering the golden days when I could easily stop in and get a filling and delicious dinner for under $10. Highly recommend this family owned business.

This place is definitely express, and good on your pocket as well. Tried out the steak with fried rice with the yum yum sauce and was impressed for a quick hole in the wall I joint. I was skeptical at first walking in, but don't just a book by the cover as they say. Definitely worth a try. Try to avoid the main lunch hours if you want to find a place to sit as there is limiting seating. The place can get busy between the students as well as nearby employees that come to eat during lunch.
