I went out to dinner last night with friends and had to wait 45 minutes for a table. Once we were seated we froze during our entire meal and we rushed through eating/ didn’t socialize as long as we would have liked because of how cold it was at our table.
My salad was more dressing than anything, the Pepsi was flat (before they totally ran out but still charged me for it) and refills were not offered while we were eating. My drink cup was empty for more than ten minutes...read full review
After making a reservation for my Book Club 10 days prior for hibachi grill seating, the hostess very curtly told me tonight that I couldn't be seated until everyone was on site. As the five of us gathered in the small lobby area crowding others waiting to be seated, I again requested if we could be seated to get started with drinks and appetizers. The answer was again no - not until #6 arrived. I didn't hear the hostess, but someone else in our group heard her rudely mocking...read full review
