I’ve been a regular at this location for years, but something seems to have changed in the past year or so, for the worse.

Employees typically have AirPods in while they work, so they can’t hear the customers well. When I walk up the counter, they often don’t even acknowledge I’m there, chatting with each other or working on mobile orders. A quick “be with you in a second” would be better than wondering if they’ve even seen me. I’ve seen several...

Natalie is the goat. She was able to take multitask and care for 3 different customers while also providing excellent customer service to a disgruntled customer!!! Absolutely handled it like a boss, good job Natalie

Got a pep bacon banana pep pizza to go was delicious the ranch was really good. Could of been more bacon but was still really good. The employees working were very kind and helpful.
