I rarely complain but the current staff are rude and very unpleasant. I would never waste money on them again. Several decent places in the mall..this isn't one of them.

Came in at 6:25pm. They close at 7, but was told they were already closed. When I said “I thought you close at 7” they said that they start closing 30 mins before.

Visiting from Columbus. I just wanted a drink. The CSR took care of the Guest before me then gor on their phone. They did come and help.me after a few but stayed on their phone. Horrible.

TERRIBLE customer service! I placed a mobile order at this mall location and waited 30 mins while the others in my party ate their food from other restaurants there. No one was in the Moes restaurant! We contacted mall security and they had no idea how to contact someone and I tried calling the restaurant and no answer. We went to the mall office and left a message for the owner. No one got back with us. And still waiting on a refund!!!! They weren’t even apologetic. Will not be ordering from this location anymore. Beware.

I ordered chips and salsa. The bag was not even halfway full. And the girl was standing at the register, ignoring me when I came to check out. Cause she was too busy on Her phone. And then there was a girl eating a burrito on the background. But kudos to the one that did all the work. They were short and they had braces. Never spending 10 dollars there again.

If I could leave no stars I would. It looked dirty, they was out of a lot of stuff, smh it’s MOES how r u out of MOES sauce, both workers stayed on the phones, and they both need some kind of customer service classes. Maybe they need new management.

Greated with a silent scowl. Quietly mumbling questions at us. Management needs to pay attention to their training as this attitude doesn't encourage customers to return. 10 other choices just steps away. And to top it off all the meat was cold and chewy, probably had been out all day. Everyone wants a paycheck but not many want to work.

I’ve order from them twice through doordash. I order 3 tacos, last time one of them had no meat, this time none of them have any toppings. Won’t be ordering again.

Yeah that was nasty. The guac was rancid. Ate a bite in discovery and now hoping that I don't end up with food poisoning. I usually only post a review if the experience was worthy. This one was but for negative reasons.

Vegetarian options: They were out of tofu and didn't give anything to sub but charged the same. One of the guacamole sides was rancid.

The hours of operation need to be updated if they are going to close earlier. Just stopped in at 6:30 and was told they were cleaning up and closing.

The service was very fast and efficient. The food was flavorful and fresh. I love the variety offered in the salsa bar and I feel they have the best queso of any of their direct competitors.
