If I could leave no stars I would. It looked dirty, they was out of a lot of stuff, smh it’s MOES how r u out of MOES sauce, both workers stayed on the phones, and they both need some kind of customer service classes. Maybe they need new management.

Greated with a silent scowl. Quietly mumbling questions at us. Management needs to pay attention to their training as this attitude doesn't encourage customers to return. 10 other choices just steps away. And to top it off all the meat was cold and chewy, probably had been out all day. Everyone wants a paycheck but not many want to work.

I’ve order from them twice through doordash. I order 3 tacos, last time one of them had no meat, this time none of them have any toppings. Won’t be ordering again.

Yeah that was nasty. The guac was rancid. Ate a bite in discovery and now hoping that I don't end up with food poisoning. I usually only post a review if the experience was worthy. This one was but for negative reasons.Vegetarian options: They were out of tofu and didn't give anything to sub but charged the same. One of the guacamole sides was rancid.

The hours of operation need to be updated if they are going to close earlier. Just stopped in at 6:30 and was told they were cleaning up and closing.

The service was very fast and efficient. The food was flavorful and fresh. I love the variety offered in the salsa bar and I feel they have the best queso of any of their direct competitors.

I'm a huge moes fan, we go there whenever we are in lexington... but it just isn't what it used to be. Smaller dishes, less atmosphere, dirty tables... I miss my favorite eatery.

Went there about six months ago, summer of 2021 Was really hungry and wanted BurgerFi next door but it was was closed so I figured I'd try Moe's. Walked in and immediately felt uneasy. No one in there had a mask on. All the workers behind the counter were maskless, just standing there breathing all over the food. Finally got up to the counter. I figured the place would be like Qdoba but the food set up behind the counter looked sloppy and nasty.Then the dude taking my order coughed over top of all the food. Every fiber of my being was telling me to run. But I was hungry as hell so I ordered up some of the slop. Got a big burrito. Went outside to eat it, it fell apart in my hands and basically tasted like crap. As hungry as I was I could not finish it. Tossed it in the trash after a few bites. Have no clue how the place stays open or why anyone would eat there more than once.

I had even earned a free cup of queso from visiting 5 times, and now it's disappeared and I can't use it. You just lost 10 loyal customers, and I'm sure many more. The service at this location today was horrible. The guy preparing the food was too busy chatting with his friends to even realize he had a long line forming. Then the cashier didn't know how to use the register and then without telling us, she charged us $1 extra on each meal and $1 extra for using a card.
