Charged for extras and did not say it was extra charge. I have no problem paying extra but sure would liked to have been told, especially the extra charges were almost as much as another meal. Just saying if you there is an extra on the meal should told.

Best catering experience I’ve had! Easy online ordering. Someone from the store called and make recommendations to my order to better suit my needs. Driver was prepared and organized. Had not been here in awhile. Today stopped by and very glad I did. The salsa and the salsa bar is great with all the choices. Burrito was very good. Owner was super nice. A+++ experience
I've had moe's many times, and the experience varies from day to day (like most places). However, it seems to be a 5-star experience or a 2-star experience. The staff is always friendly. The biggest down flaw I find with this restaurant is how the order is made. Either employee doesn't know how to make the items they sell or they don't give you the right items. (I always get the moe meat moe cheese). This item specifically is supposed to have more meat and more cheese. I haven't gotten it a few times where they were skimpy on the meat. Or just overall, I was overcharged for the exact burrito because I said I wanted steak (which it comes with). Overall, the place is a 5 star it just has its flaws sometimes. But I will continue to return, and I definitely recommend to others
Frankly, the food at the Moe's London that's adjacent. a gas station is much better than this stand alone brick and mortar store. My friend and I went in about an hour before it closed and it was obvious they were not pleased. we were there. The entire time we were trying to eat. we were being swept around. there were bags of garbage being gathered and it was abundantly clear that they wanted us to leave quickly. The food was only mediocre but the order was still over $40.00. customer service should be the same. if you're the first customer of the day or the last. I won't be going back to this location. There are plenty of places that would rather have me there. For the record, we left with 30 minutes before close time, It wasn't as if we were making them stay open late.

Price and the sauce bar are the only good things about the restaurant. The rice is bullets, beans are drippy, and chips are awful. Overall tasteless. Chipotle food is better.
