Price and the sauce bar are the only good things about the restaurant. The rice is bullets, beans are drippy, and chips are awful. Overall tasteless. Chipotle food is better.

My dad and i went to get a nacho kit. As soon as we walked in, there was no kind of greeting so I initiated one. Then comes the order. It's like no one knew what we were talking about. After a few minutes they figured it out. A young man that seemed to be the manager had a horrible attitude, not personable and is just not where he needs to be serving people if that is how his attitude is. We got extra meat. He was sure to tell us it would be extra which is common sense. We knew it would be. He was sure to ask the sweet girl at the register if we paid for the extra. We all 3 said yes and he tore the receipt off the machine and checked it twice. I understand some people are like that to not pay for what they order, but to be treated that way after spending what we did there was absolutely ridiculous. I was embarrassed to even be there. The food was good, we enjoyed it. So for that I'll give 5 stars. Shame on the young man for being so rude. You need a new job.

The price has increased,and the portions have decreased. Still tasty even though it was 50 bucks for three people to eat. Plus no sour cream?
I genuinely don’t understand the business decision to get rid of the grill. Took out the one thing that made them unique (along with taking out the Coke Freestyle machine). If you’re just going to use a press, why not go across the street that has the same with a more imaginative menu while being cheaper?

Chipotle has a higher quality of food and you can taste the difference.Also, this time they added queso to my burrito and a bag of chips without asking. I’m not mad about this, however, I wasn’t planning on getting either and would’ve preferred not to pay the extra money.

The food is consistently good, the service was good for the most part other than waiting for the lady behind the counter to make 7 to go orders before she acknowledged me standing at the counter. I do however understand the busy times. One thing that annoyed me but it's not their fault, I paid with $15 in Moe's bucks and my total was $16 and change, so I used my card so I could tip I had zero cash on me. I tried to tip $6 but the machine wouldn't allow me to tip more than my total of $1 something. Someone should fix that because I doubt I'm the only one who does that when essentially getting free food.
