The food is fine but, the service and quality of food for the price is not very good. Chipotle has a higher quality of food and you can taste the difference.Also, this time they added queso to my burrito and a bag of chips without asking. I’m not mad about this, however, I wasn’t planning on getting either and would’ve preferred not to pay the extra money.

The food is consistently good, the service was good for the most part other than waiting for the lady behind the counter to make 7 to go orders before she acknowledged me standing at the counter. I do however understand the busy times. One thing that annoyed me but it's not their fault, I paid with $15 in Moe's bucks and my total was $16 and change, so I used my card so I could tip I had zero cash on me. I tried to tip $6 but the machine wouldn't allow me to tip more than my total of $1 something. Someone should fix that because I doubt I'm the only one who does that when essentially getting free food.

We saw one smile the whole time; that was from the woman who started our order. I mentioned it was my first time there when I was met with a bit of impatience while dressing my bowl, that changed nothing. The only thing the cashier said at all was to ask if I wanted a receipt. Thankfully the food outshines the service. I'll probably only order online from now on.

My favorite "fast food" Mexican place. The service is fast and efficient. The food is flavorful and fresh. I love the variety offered in the salsa bar and I feel they have the best queso of any of their direct competitors.

Air conditioning was not operating at full capacity. Portions were very large but prices were a little expensive for fast food type burrito bowls.
As soon as I went in I got cold looks from the employees and it was awkward. I didn't leave a tip on a build your own fajita kit... that I picked up. I don't prefer to tip someone for something that is already their job and it was quite entitled to expect a tip when I came to pick up the kit. Very disappointed with the service.

weird lady walking around with her shoes in her arms behind the counter. I made a joke about it and she freaked out on me and said her husband just dropped off her shoes like first of all calm down second of all you're the crazy person with shoes in your hands at a restaurant you're disgusting.

It has been a while since I have been back to this Moe's, partly because they never have any deals. hahaToday, I found out about a BOGO deal when ordering off their app and I was like "Yeah, finally a higher quality Taco Bell!" When I arrived, I had to wait a bit before someone realized I needed to be helped, but not a problem. I see reviews concerning this below mine, but the reason for the wait was because they were busy doing something (restocking, preparing food, helping other customers). They would not have passed if the CEO was here from Undercover Boss. You have to welcome customers by saying "Welcome to Moe's!"These burritos were just what I imagined, really good. I feel bad that Lexington, KY still does not have a Baja Fresh, but these guys can make a burrito pretty close. Growing up, I used to love Baja Fresh chicken burritos and my sister loved the vegetarian burrito. Of course, then I transitioned over to vegetarian. Currently, they have one called the Burrito Ultimo which has: Grilled veggies, freshly made Salsa Baja, jack & cheddar cheese, Baja rice & sour cream wrapped in a warm flour tortilla with your favorite protein.One can get pretty close to making that with the ingredients Moe's usesNo protein, seasoned rice, black beans, grilled peppers and onions, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, cilantro, and red salsa. Also, it is cheaper to make your own burrito at Moe's with the same ingredients as the suggested ones.Homewrecker vs. just building your own burrito like the Homewrecker
