Great food. Service is not as good as it used to be... staff seems to be very distracted today. The portions were very small today. The Homewrecket burrito used to be a meal that would leave you stuffed - if you could finish it. Today it was a small burrito that I need to fill up on chips. Sad they ran out of iced tea an hour before closing. And, the prices are crazy high now. I'll keep going here and the other locations - just not very often.

First, when you come in, there’s absolutely no parking. All 10 SPOTS are taken. When you walk in, you’re greeted by college kids with the worst attitudes and probably have 0 experience with customer service. When I finally got up to order, the tall blonde was annoyed and had the worst attitude out of all of them. I asked for veggies, he gave me 3 onions. Paying, the guy didn’t know how to freaking give me 47 cents. Getting salsa, the cleaner was spraying cleaning chemicals INTO the salsa. I’ll never come back to this location and I hope this location gets shut down.
This place is constantly closing/shutting down grills around 8 PM. If you walk in a moment after 8 PM they'll refuse anything that goes on the grill and they are flipping up chairs and trying to close early every weekday (maybe not mondays). This has happened no less than 4 times to me coming to eat from 7:45-8:15. They will start shutting down the grill even if you're already in line. They say they're short staffed but there are clearly 4-5 workers actively cleaning. The food is good and all the staff are nice, except when you ask them why you can't order the stack an hour before they close... this has happened to me many times trying to get food after work.I'd be happy to update or remove this review if this situation is corrected.

Every time we come to Moe's regardless of where we are, every Moe's we go to seems to have the nicest people working. Not sure how they find such nice people but doesn't matter what state or City we are in if we go to a Moe's the people are always so nice. I love that Moe's has great kids options. They have the best nacho cheese. It is famous for a reason. This is a great healthy option. This particular Moe's on Harrisburg road is geat because they have a lot of outdoor seating and landscaping that is inviting. It is a great neighborhood restaurant that you can just walk from your house to.Follow us for more great reviews ™Parking: There is a small parking lot at the restaurant around the corner there is more parking if the small lot next to the restaurant is full.

I love this place all they're locations are great but this one is my favorite. There's an employee named Angela she's incredible. Thanx for the great service girl.
We have always had issues here, both delivery and pick up. This time we ordered pick up and they made one of our bowls and then waited 25 minutes to make the second one. So not only was it delayed, but the first one was cold from sitting around. Two of the workers were sitting around yelling at the one worker to just "work quicker" instead of helping. Order from anywhere but here.

The chicken we had in our burrito & bowl was extremely dry. This was our first time at Moe's and I ended up calling and speaking to the manager Monday 6/25 who assured me that the higher up manager would make it right by adding 2 credits to my account. I still haven't seen them in my account which tells me that Moe's does not care about losing a customer.
