Was in town visiting and found this food truck. I had the 10 piece wings (Bourbon BBQ, Caribbean Jerk, Detroit Hot Homey, and Hot) and a chopped cheese.The wings were so good; each sauce held up on its own. These also reheated great in the air fryer the next day.The chopped cheese was decent; I was hoping for more cheesy or it’s missing some kind of sauce. I’ll probably skip the mustard if I order another.Vegetarian options: All veganDietary restrictions: Vegan

I am not vegan/vegetarian but I took my vegan friends here and it was amazing! I had the Verax "chicken" sandwich with hot honey, pickles, and coleslaw. I honestly couldn't tell I was eating a plant based sandwich.You can order, sit inside Pivot Brewing and enjoy a nice cider with food delivery right to your table. I will be bringing my other friends here.

We ordered from you tonight at the Rock House. Order placed at 5ish. We didn't receive our order until after 7. The order was subpar. What we did finally get, fries were still not ready. Chicken parm was ugh. BLT was not edible. We will not eat from this truck again. We have decades of restaurant experience. Tonight was $$$ of disappointment.

It hurt to finish every bit because it was so good and the portions were huge. The Burrito on special was amazing.
I've been to a great number of plant based establishments, y'all are one of the Best I've had. We just moved to the area, y'all got some regulars.

Made some awesome new friends at the Moody Mike's in Lexington and oh boy, did we feast! The Tatchos were a crunchy revelation, the Cheeseburger Eggrolls a fusion fantasy, and that Oatmeal Cream Pie? Pure, indulgent nostalgia. This place is a treasure trove of vegan happiness. Lexington pals, add this to your 'must-eat' list!

Such great vegan food! We had the chicken sandwich and wings. Chicken sandwich was crunchy and delish. The wings were also 10/10. The texture of both is so close to chicken! We tried hot honey and Hennessy bbq sauces, both house made. Really happy with our choices but I think anything on this menu is going to be amazing.

After following Moody' Mike's on IG for a long while, I was excited to check them out while spending a holiday weekend in Lexington. This food truck popped up at Pivot Brewing and the gal working was super friendly and helpful. She let us know that most of their "meats" they make themselves which I appreciate.The Verax caught my attention just because it's not self-explanatory. So the gal let me know that it's a fried chicken sandwich dipped in spicy agave, topped with slaw and hot pickles. She gave me utensils along with the sandwich because she said that it gets pretty messy. Indeed it is! And so worth the messiness! Perfect mix between crunchy, chewy, tangy, spicy, and sweet. Great place with really friendly staff! Got the chopped cheese and the Buffalo wings. Be warned the homemade Buffalo sauce is spicy! Mike gave us a warning but I thought I could handle it
