Unfortunately, the server was very forgetful and it took at least 30 minutes to be served a drink. When the food finally arrived it was mediocre at best. This is unfortunate because the place has a lot of potential.

Went to the Cats game at Rupp. Great atmosphere, and an easy walk through town to the arena. We enjoyed our food, and had great service.

Overall experience was excellent. The food was very good! The shrimp appetizer looked a bit undercooked but tasted good. The bread the shrimp came on was delicious. I had Chris' Burger and did not taste the N & N sauce, bun seemed average, and flavor of the burger was very good. The service was good until I was out of water and had to set my glass on the side of the table so a server would SEE it empty. I believe having two servers who also covered the bar limited them in observing their tables once the restaurant picked up customers. Our male server was attentive until the end of the evening. It was a quiet and nice New Years Eve outing.

We had the most fantastic experience on Christmas Eve. The burgers were cooked to order and with excellence. I had the surf and turf burger which I've never seen or had anywhere else. The side of corn was the best! We sampled all the desserts—don't skip out on the molten lava cake.

What has happened!! While we’re not regulars, this is our go to when we come visit Lexington. We can usually count on good service, good food if we are trying to not overthink a date night. However tonight we sat at the bar when there was only 5 people here, us included. Connie was our server. I ordered a craft beer that’s on tap, my wife ordered one of their signature cocktails and we ordered the spinach dip. It took 15 minutes before Connie came back and said I’m sorry I forgot what you guys ordered, so we confirmed our drink order with her again. Finally got our drinks after 20+ minutes. My wife said her drink didn’t taste correct. Just grateful to have drinks we didn’t say anything, then when we are about to leave she came over and said “here’s your drink!” When we had to remind her she’d already served my wife her drink, and then she acknowledged “oh I made the wrong drink, I’m so sorry, can you drink this correct one?” While we appreciated the honesty and free drink she was offering it was time for us to leave. I’m not sure if she is on medication or having an off day or maybe something else, but the service was definitely off from the level we are accustomed to coming here. Hopefully things get better.

We had reservations for 12. Connie was our server. She was the sweetest lady. Connie provided excellent service. The Chef came out to say hello and checked to see if everything was ok. He came again to thank us for coming dining at Nic & Norma's. The food was phenomenal. The prices and the amount of food you get were reasonable. I had the amazing smokehouse Mac, my husband had the Philly steak fries (the fries were delicious), others had the fried ribs, brisket nachos and the meatloaf sliders. No complaints at all. Everyone loved their entrees. Oh the homemade chips for the brisket nachos were so tasty. Can't wait to go back and try more entrees. One more thing the drinks were amazing as well. Thank you Nic & Norman's for providing an excellent establishment for us to enjoy my husband's 60th birthday.

Nicks pic. A perfect mix of different meats. Plain with the blue cheese crumbles. Pork Shank tender and flavorful as always.

Took a while to get the food, which could have been okay, but the food was cold when it arrived. This makes it difficult to rate the food as very good.

Great food, good beer and wonderful service! I got the classic burger and the Mac and cheese and it was great!

Nice little pub. I ordered the meatloaf and mashed potatoes. It came to my table with the gravy on the meatloaf, not the potatoes. Not a huge deal, just unexpected. The serving amount was more than enough. Taste, however, I would have to say was mediocre. If I return, it would be for drinks maybe, but not for the food.

The music kept cutting out like whoever was controlling it was getting too far away for the WiFi to handle . It was annoying at best . I'd rather they just turned it off . I've been there a few times and every time it's never busy. The food is good for burgers & fries . It's a nice spot on Main , just needs some new vibes

If the incredible service and ambience weren't enough...the food and specialty cocktails definitely put Nic and Norman's over the top! We loved the fish and chips with sweet potato fries, and the southern fried ribs were out of this world! Let cocktail meister Scott prepare something special for you and your experience will exceptional. Run, don't walk, to Main Street for a fantastic and creative meal at Nic and Norman's Lexington!

Such a neat spot. I really enjoyed the portobello burger and sweet potato fries. My husband got the steak and loved it. Will definitely return.
