3/31/24Was sitting there eating and the waitress comes over and tells my buddy he's been there an hour and there is a 2 hour limit. We had only been there 30 minutes tops. I was never asked for a refill either. We eat there fairly regularly and I do not understand why we were being harassed especially when it was not crowded. It is not like people were waiting on us for a table. This is not acceptable service for anyone much less someone I would consider as a regular.

We have come to this place since it was first open. For the first time ever I have been super disappointed. We have never had a tip automatically applied to the ticket and it was tonight. The waitress pretended like nothing happened for our ticket to change until we asked for our previous receipt back.

This was our first experience trying this buffet, and I can say, without a doubt, it will be the last. Our drinks were wrong, the food was not that great, they charge a 15% gratuity for parties of 5 or more so if you have a lot of kids, this place is not for you, never brought our check, we had to ask for it. It was bad all around.
