I had the pad Thai for lunch. The flavors were good nothing over the top. The price is the issue, it wasn't worth the price. $3.25 for a drink is absolutely insane!
Had seen the location for years and finally stopped. It was a good quick lunch that wasn't a burger.
I ordered chicken parmesan, and it was nothing like the description and pic. Rubbery pasta, tasteless tomatoes, and no evidence of parmesan cheese. I won't be back.
Noodles are quite dry but the staff was nice and the restaurant was clean
I love the food here! Unfortunately today I didn’t get to eat here like I do when I have an appointment in Lexington.
We entered the restaurant and stood for 5-10 minutes and the girls working did not acknowledge us, take our orders or even look at us.
Then an Asian man with an unsightly growth on his face came in from outside and directly went behind the register and took the order of a man who had just walked in. We had been there over 10 minutes by then. After the customer made his order the man behind the register still didn’t greet us or even look our way. I almost thought we’d become invisible. It wasn’t until I said “Well let’s go. I’m starved and apparently invisible here!” To which the man behind the register finally responded “GOODBYE! Have a nice day!” 😮
How disappointing because I will never eat here again and I really like the food. I guess our business was not wanted or needed here. 🤷♀️ went to Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen instead and spend our $48 and it was delicious! 😋
Got this food door dashed to our hotel, to say I was let down is an understatement. Spent $80 for our family of 5 (tip included) and was given food that tasted like it came from the frozen food section. The meatballs were watery and flavorless, my daughters bow tie pasta was extremely chewy, my wife's scampi had chewy shrimp in it, my 3 year Olds mac and cheese looked like cooked noodles with American Cheese on top and my middle child's pasta was undercooked as well. I feel like I would have been better off getting Stoufers from Walmart and making it myself.
Tate and the crew here are amazing and are really friendly. If you've never given this place a try your missing out the food here is soo yummy 😋

This place used to be awesome but it feels kinda awkward in there now, and it's always dead. The food is okay but it definitely used to be better a few years back. I get the Japanese Pan Noodles and they are yummy IF you get a side of sauce (which is conveniently extra). The noodles used to be a dark brown with suace, and this time it was straight up beige. My partner got the Mac and cheese and also said it was dry. We got the garlic cheese bread and it was 6$ for 5 pieces and 2 had like no cheese. Soda was good and the service was good although it seemed like the guy taking our order was training or something. Overall I would call this place mid. It's okay. It's just sad cause it was straight up my favorite place to eat but when I bit into those dry ass noodles and I was just so disappointed. Ita only bad because it used to be so good.
Vegetarian options: I like the Japanese Pan Noodles, they have Tofu and many options that are vegetarian or just taking one meat item off
Parking: Door is not accessible. The wind pushes on it and you have to yank it open.

The entrance door needs fixed. Any entrance that requires a sign that reads about how you are open, the door just needs pulled hard.. is a problem. And it's harder to exit than enter!
The bathroom needs fixed. You need a lock on the door, not a sign that reads please knock before entering, transgender restroom.
Now about the food. Noodles were fresh. I had the Roasted Garlic Cream Tortelloni. It was good, but far too salty. The soda I replaced with tea as there was more carbon than soda. I'd stay away from the prepackaged cookie. My daughter had the butter noodles, which she loved!
Fast service. I'd say try it and make up your own mind. I'd try something different if I went back.
For a 2x bowls, 2x cookies, 2x drink was just over $25

I went here for the first time a few weeks ago and had a pretty decent experience. The door is extremely hard to open. However, they do have a sign on it because you really have to use all your muscles to open the door????. My food was made to order and extremely fresh. There was no way as there was only one couple in the restaurant. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when talking about the food that they serve. I don't know that I will go here again just because there wasn't too many things that I was interested in. Just wanted to try it for a new and different experience. Restaurant with very clean

When neighboring West Coast Gourmet Pizza stopped answering their phone 45 minutes before their published closing time, we called Noodles & Company. It was 10 minutes before their closing time and they took our phone order and provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. We have always liked their food, but the service we got today will not be forgotten and we will visit them more often.
