I'm a doordasher from time to time and I came here 1st time to pickup a order. The ladies here were absolutely amazing made me feel comfortable and apart of. I wanna thank this establishment for making this a place for everyone. It's truly appreciated. I will definitely be pointing my family in this direction ♥️

The best doughnuts I've ever had! The plain glazed in particular sets the bar incredibly high, the coffee is a perfect pairing, and the staff are friendly to top it all off. Will be in as often as I can!

This place used to be so good - both donuts and coffee wise! I was back in town after moving away and brought my husband to try it. We were both pretty dissapointed in the coffee quality (I got cold brew; he got dark roast cup of joe). The staff was sooo kind and tried to help in all the ways they could by changing our drinks (to iced latte and light roast) , but we still didnt like the new ones much. The chocolate iced donut was okay, not bad, but not great either. I definitely would urge management to review and improve the coffee quality, it seems its been neglected probably because it can be masked with sugary syrups but just a simple coffee should taste good on its own terms too :) Again, staff was so helpful, kind and refunded us, so definitely want to acknowledge their good efforts.

We stopped in North Lime while passing through. If we lived in the area, it would be one of our regular spots. The latte had great flavor and creamy foam. They roast beans in-house, and I was convinced to buy a bag. I can't wait to try my purchase of Beans of Haste! We arrived too late to try the special March Madness doughnuts, so we went with glazed. This is not your basic glazed doughnut. Just amazing flavors and mouth feel! My taste buds were singing! Delightful! North Lime is now on my list of mandatory stops whenever we pass through the area!

I risked my life for these donuts because of the good reviews and the fact I can order day before. Woke up to a very nasty windy ice and snow storm with tons of accidents. I found this place and loved the taste and the decor inside. The service was great even though they were sleepy at 6am. Love my coffee especially with cayenne pepper in it. Tried every donut and each one was warm and delicious. Took me extra hr to get to work but because they open early and have pre order options I was still early at work. Angelo from NJ was highly impressed

North Lime Coffee & Donuts is easily the best donut spot in Lexington. The first thing you’ll notice is their unique square-shaped donuts, which makes them instantly recognizable and honestly makes the name hard to forget.
The classic glazed donut is my staple. It’s soft, warm, and lightly sweet, with that perfect simple finish that reminds you how good a well-made donut can be. Nothing overcomplicated, just done right every time.
They also rotate specialty flavors constantly, which keeps things interesting. One of my favorites is the birthday cake filled donut. It’s rich, nostalgic, and seriously indulgent, with a soft dough and a sweet center that really feels like a treat.
If you’re in Lexington and haven’t been to North Lime yet, it’s definitely worth the stop. Great coffee, creative flavors, and donuts that stand out the second you see them.

The North Lime location isn’t as friendly as the second location in my opinion. The doughnuts weren’t even out on display when I walked in at 7:20am. I’ll stick with the second location whenever I come to town.

We really like their donuts AND coffee. Atmosphere is nice and relaxed and service is quick and friendly. We wish they had more varieties offered daily, but they always have creative varieties that offset the smaller selection. Good sized donuts but at a higher price point that makes it more of an occasional treat than a regular one for us.

Great donuts - horrible cashier. Why would you laugh about being all out of donuts at 11am when you close at 1pm when my 5 year old comes in super excited? “Yep all out - shoulda came sooner” just wow. I’ll happily get donuts at the other location or elsewhere. No reason to ever be mean to a child.
This is my favorite place. The staff is always so friendly!
