Nothing Bundt Cakes

I ordered bundtinis to be delivered for a special occasion and they not only ended up at the wrong address (I checked the address multiple times), they also ended up messy and some upside down once we were able to track them down. Love Bundt cakes, but super disappointed in their delivery system and won’t be ordering in the future.

A few years ago, we decided that we would use NBC for all of our families birthdays and any party we hosted-big to small. And we have 7 kids.

We’ve walked in loads of times and they have always had what we needed in stock and ready to go(from gluten free to a variety of the holiday bundtinis) and we’ve also utilized the online order ahead system-love that!

We’ve never had a bad experience and I will say that every single time we’ve gone into this location, the ladies have always, ALWAYS been so nice and they’ve always greeted me(huge plus for me)! Their merchandise (I haven’t purchased any) is always so inspiring and well presented.

Ordered $116 worth of mini Bundt cakes and they would not take 50’s or $100’s. I guess I was supposed to pay them in singles. Won’t be back when they don’t take legal tender.

I love that you can look at all the swig cups and socks. Really cool atmosphere! I’ve always loved Nothing Bundt Cakes, there so delicious and never disappoint!
However, the service I received today was not great. I go in frequently and wanted to treat myself to a cake for my birthday. My friend told me I can get a free cake from the rewards. I go in ask how to get the reward. Proceed to download the app and create an account. The woman I asked for help from was not pleasant. She asked to see my ID which I understand and when I told her “I understand, in case people lie” she looks at me like I’m stupid and says “it’s corporate”. She seemed irritated that I was even there. When I asked for help on the app she said “what do you need help with exactly?” In a very condescending way as if she didn’t already know what I was there to do. I am very patient and do not leave reviews but this experience was so off putting I don’t think I care to come back and be treated like that.

Great place and great service! I am not usually a huge cake fan but I could eat these every single day! Lemon raspberry is my favorite!!! But don't buy them all, save me some for my next visit ?

My son loves Carrot Cake, so we got some Bundtinis for his birthday. We got 6 Carrot Cake and 6 Red Velvet. They were amazing! So moist! Will definitely go back from now on to get any cakes from them. Very affordable and friendly service!

The cakes are great. We all know that. Today I want to discuss service. I planned a surprise party for my boss and the cakes were literally the icing on the cake. Of course, the order didn’t properly go through but I was able to call the store and get it worked out. My cakes were delivered and my boss enjoyed his bday celebration. I am so grateful to the team for making this possible! Literally couldn’t have done it without you! Major shoutout to you. I will for sure order again and make sure my order goes through next time ?

The cakes are extremely good here! I have to say the service was incredible. I had came in right at closing after being at the VA hospital all day with an Army buddy who just had cancer surgery. These people didn’t know the details but gave us some free cakes suggested by the manager. I will never forget something like that. Thank you everyone in this store and thank you Nothing Bundt Cakes for the awesome service and cakes! God bless you all.
