Absolutely delicious and, yes, nourishing. Everyone was so friendly, too! My picky kids loved the pesto grilled cheese and my husband and I loved everything else.

Friendly environment for all! I've loved going to the cafe since it opened, recently I purchased their "stock the freezer" package and it does not disappoint. There is some love put into the food and it even comes with instructions on how to best thaw and reheat the food. Very happy to have a place that I can trust with my sensitive gut and will be restocking my freezer with Nourished Folks again :)
Nourished folks is focused on providing our community with good, slow, from scratch food. Food that truly nourishes the body and spirit. I love their food and their mission to serve not only new mothers but the entire family. Feed your people is one of their sayings and it’s something so simple that gets taken for granted. Delicious food, wonderful owner/staff, GREAT VIBES ALL DAY

The bacon, egg, and pesto sandwich was unworldly.
Vegetarian options: I think they try to honor vegan requests,so, veggies should be easy
Parking: 2 private lots for Greyline Station. One small( Limestone), and one huge (with steps- on Louden))
Wheelchair accessibility: From Limestone, the staff can see their glass door easily and help out in a second. The Greyline Station, however, is only busy thur through sorta Sunday. Park in small lot since large lot has steps. At least one artist is always around during the day and he loves visitors like everyone else around so door opening is a matter of patience. It's a non profit location so auto doors are likely not required

The person that made my arepas yesterday is an amazing cook, efficient worker, and generally a cool person. Legit the best meal I've had in maybe a month.
Vegetarian options: Yes times 1000
Dietary restrictions: I have a vegetarian/gluten free person and there are plenty of options for me as a person.
Parking: Greyline Station has ample parking.
Kid-friendliness: There were kids there that seemed to be content.
Wheelchair accessibility: I am not in a wheelchair (so I really can't speak to the complete ease of getting here with a wheelchair) but no stairs and handicapped parking were available.
Finally got the chance to stop in here. The burrito I got was really delicious, specifically the red pepper crema on top. Quick service and a really big portion mean I'm excited to make it back in here more often.

I am new to eating healthy. So it is a struggle to find new places that have quality food which meets my current dietary restrictions. I was pleased to shake the owners hand after eating a nourished, delish, and well balanced meal. Prior to this experience I was questionable about vegan cheese quality, however you can now catch me ordering everything vegan cheese. I recommend this place to anyone trying to eat healthy/better/natural. Thank you for a great food experience.

What a meal!!! I have been wanting to try Nourished Folks for such a long time now and it exceeded my expectations! We tried once before and it was sold out - not surprised! Always looked delicious, wholesome, and loving. And it was exactly that! My taste buds and my body felt so nourished! Magnificent food in such an uplifting environment. Do yourself a favor and make the try to time, no exaggeration. Not many places like Nourished Folks!
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs to enter the restaurant. A little tight inside, but all tables and the bar are at an accessible height.

No exaggeration: the best food Lexington has to offer. Homemade, with love and tons of nutrition. Bone broth that will melt your heart. Carefully included seasonal vegetables to delight the pallet. It’s just too good!
If you need a home cooked meal with ALL the good stuff, this is the place to go. It's so fresh and flavorful. They also offer weekly meal subscriptions for one person or the whole family.
Dietary restrictions: They are great about having something for everyone, and making substitutions if needed for allergies or preferences.
We were excited to eat here after seeing the food on insta! Nourished Folks did not disappoint. The cashier/cook and waitress was very kind and told us about the menu and how the restaurant started by feeding post partum women with good food to help her recover after birth. I had the breakfast hash with sausage and a runny egg with 2 pieces sourdough bread. The hash was potatoes herbs peppers zucchini and mushrooms and onions with wonderful spices. Tasted amazing!!!! My daughter got the soup beans and cornbread with honey on it. Her soup beans were in their famous house made broth with fresh herbs and sour cream. I'm not a huge fan of beans but it was very tasty. We will definitely be back!!
Vegetarian options: They had a lot of vegetarian and vegan options! Also Gluten free.
Parking: Lots of parking out back although that lot is not wheelchair friendly the front of the building has a wheelchair friendly entrance.
Wheelchair accessibility: I wheeled right in and was met by a kind seeet lady who told us about the menu.
Dietary restrictions: Vegan, vegetable, meat options, gluten free.
Nourished Folks is always my first stop in Lexington, KY, at Greyline Station. Warm & welcoming, this inclusive atmosphere has a delicious rotating menu with from scratch offerings. This mighty team knows the way to a happy belly! I wish I were closer to take advantage of the meal subscriptions and bone broth pick ups. Follow their IG and FB pages and your mouth will be watering. Love- love- love.
