Over the past few years I've been attending the University of Kentucky I've gone to the Nuhealth locations located in the student center and Johnson Center gym to grab a shake after working out. This was my first time at this location but the shake was as good as I remembered! My favorite would have to be the "LOL" which has peanut butter, banana, and chocolate whey protein. Each store also sells a wide variety of supplements, pre workouts, and great high protein snacks. I'd recommend anyone who is into health and fitness to check this place out!

This place hosted an event for “auto enthusiasts” that had no respect for the neighbors. Revving cars and burnouts all the way up to midnight.

they offer not only smoothies made with real fruit, but also amazing coffee (you can have flavored) they have supplements for all your work out needs as well as supplements for everyday life. the staff is always friendly and helpful

I highly recommend this place! Not only are the products amazing, but the customer service is unmatched. I had an idea for my fitness journey what my goals were, however I was unsure of which products would help me get to the next level. Anthony was super helpful and answered any questions I had whilst giving great advice and feedback on what to have together for the ultimate result. Where I live in Cincinnati they also have the option to have items shipped so it makes it super easy as I no longer live in the area. I neverrrrrr write reviews but I’ve never been so happy with a store like this in my life, so here I am!!! I’m new to lifting and working out and didn’t really know where to start with supplement products and what was best for me. The staff here took the time to get to know me and my goals and helped me pick out the best preworkout and protein and just made me feel confident about what I was getting myself into. The guy working there, I think his name was Anthony, just really motivated me to get my body to be the best that it can be so that I can perform at my best. I’ve been using these products for two weeks now and now and I literally feel unstoppable. So, if you’re looking for a supplement shop, look no further!!!!
