The best steak I've had for awhile, great service.

I rarely leave reviews because I work in this industry as a server, but my boyfriend (also a server) and I were in shock of how horrible this experience was. We were the only table this server had in her section and she was not attentive in the slightest. The food was overpriced and such poor quality for a $14 meal. I can understand this price range for good quality food, but it was completely inedible. We talked about how we loved O'Charley's as kids, but trust that I will never spend another dime at this place again. No wonder so many locations have closed down.

You can never go wrong here. Valentine's day dinner with my wife was great. We done here frequently and the service and the food is always great. The owner of this establishment is truly blessed to have this great bunch of employees to take care of your customers. I also have to add this. Cleanliness is an instant deal breaker for me when I go out and eat. I give this place a 120% on this as well. If you want to spend your hard earned money on a great meal this is the place.

Our waiter didn't come to our table hardly at all. My husband ask for a beer when we got our food and didn't get it till he was done eating. Also, he ask for a medium well steak and he got well done, my daughter's boyfriend same thing with his steak. My daughter got chicken fingers and they were so hard she could eat them. We didn't want to send the food back because it took forever to get it in the first place. There were only 2 other ppl there eating so it shouldn't take that long for us to get our food and refills.

Attended a birthday lunch with about 20 people on a Sunday at 1pm. Only had one waitress (Erika) who was absolutely great. She didn’t make a mistake on orders or drinks. She was there when anyone needed anything. The food was pretty good. Ribs a little tough but tasty, steaks had good flavor and tender and of course the kids loved the chicken tenders and fries . A military discount was given to dinners with military I.d. All in all I would visit this O’Charley’s again.

This use to be a good location. The hostess is awesome she is the best thing they have going for them so friendly. The food has really gone down and so has the service. I totally understand it’s hard to find help but it’s still unacceptable to sit and not get refills and when your food comes out it’s not even warm .

ELIZABETH is a wonderful server! And the food is excellent. Great place to eat and be able to hear each other talk, with soft music in background.

This place seems to be hit & miss with orders. We've ordered several times for delivery. The first few times were great. The second to last we got rock hard rolls that we just threw away. This last time was the very last time we will order from there. We received a different type of french fries than ever before. They were crinkle cut, dripping in grease and disgusting. The fish also made us sick. It's really disappointing!

I love their foods and i feel contented . They served us very good .

Definitely Definitely need more staff.. Food was OK. Staff at the door was pleasant and so was the manager that was walking around. Waitress was tired not very friendly even though there were some

It was our waitress' first table with the business and she did amazing. I would have never guessed she was new. They obviously train their employees well. Would definitely recommend this place and pur server.

I took my daughter and her friend here to celebrate her birthday. Our waitress, Deja L. was nothing less than AWESOME!!! She was very patient with us & made us feel like we were the only table she was serving. The appetizer was huge and delicious as well as the salads are huge. All our food was cooked to perfection and Deja was always near when we needed her. NO DOUBT - we will return.

We got stuck at this location during a UK Wildcats Saturday Night game, and they were claiming to be under staffed, but when they forget to provide you with your actual dinner for 1 of 3 people and they finish there food before the server had to be reminded that there was a meal still missing.And low and behold it was never put in to cook.Good luck finding out what we did.

Should have taken the hint when no cars in parking lot but I wanted to take advantage of free pie Wednesday… that was all a pipe dream and so was the food and service… we went there with family and no free kids either… Covid messed up a lot of places… but instead of doubling down in good food and service corporate restaurants have begun cutting perks and reasons for going out to eat… this is just another reason to eat local… our burger was way over done… my salmon was well beyond cooked right… the cheese pizza was one step above frozen… dessert wasn’t worth it… tonight I witnessed the dying of a restaurant chain… I doubt this place will be here in a year…

Humph... Well we went here for lunch on our day off and everything started out Great!! Lil did we know it was gonna go down hill and fast?? . The first thing was the waitress took my appetizer order and no one else's ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️(we was all gettin appetizers tho) so of course mine came out first then everyone else had to order there's because she didn't ask anyone else at the time she took my order. Once everyone placed their order for appetizers and entrée, it was like noone could get refills. Two of my co-workers ordered frozen margaritas and they both said the drinks was trash??. When the waitresses finally brought our food out one of the plates had a long red hair on it??. She was immediately told and took it back to the kitchen (with attitude) ,my other coworker ordered, what was suppose to be steak nachos (which was just hamburger??‍♀️) no steak at all definitely not worth what it cost, the potatoe soup was very salty so my other co worker had that sent back, the last thing was the pick 4 that was ordered had extremely small portions and my co worker had that send back.Needless to say it was a very bad experience. There was a manager there from Georgetown,Ky who said he was helping out and he did try to fix things. However, we won't be going back there. Maybe your experience will be better!!!
