Love O' Charley's!!!! Love the soup and salad lunch specials. The loaded baked potato is the best!!!! Came for a late lunch on New Year's Eve. No wait and great service!!! Had some hangry kids... so we ordered an app to share and the kids meals off the bat with our drinks. Which I think threw the waitress off (sorry) but she was happy to do it that way. Kids food came out quick- and we ordered our entrees from there. Entrees also came out quick!!!! Food was hot, well portioned, and drinks were always full! This waitress went above and beyond- and she was outstanding! Spent about an hour here- we ordered 1 app / 2 kids meals (which are free with an adult entree- everyday!!!) / soup and salad lunch special / and the southern chicken meal!!!! I unfortunately don't have my waitresses name - but ticket info is: 12/31/19 @1:30pm check#: 1509861 table #: 84. This girl deserves some recognition!!!!!

Family night at O'Charley's was great. Plenty of parking and No Reservations needed. Very friendly service and comfortable seating. One of my favorites is the dinner roll & butter basket they offer when seated. We love it because rolls are perfect with dinner entree and it's good for a little snack while you wait.

Perhaps I have not been to O'Charley's Restaurant in a long while, but my recent was truly horrible from the food perspective. I ordered the "bottomless Soup, Salad and Rolls". So I had the Caesar salad, with extra Caesar dressing and extra parmesan cheese on the side. First, when did the rolls that O'Charley's is known for become a horrible experiment gone wrong.? They were not only tough in chew and texture, but has O'Charley's remove yeast from the recipe? As I previously mentioned, I ordered the Caesar salad. Well, that was completely wrong; not only did the dressing consist of an overabundance of lemon?but the greens of said salad was welted.

The waitstaff acting like they had never waited on people before. Orders were wrong. Items were left off the orders. Lastly, food was not prepared well and didnt taste good at all. 1st time I was disappointed with O'Charleys.

If you loved O'Charleys in Des Moines, Iowa or Myrtle Beach or Timbuktu, then you will love O'Charley's in Lexington. It has the exact same specialness. If you are a member of a touring band and have lost your way, just check with the hostess stand and she will tell you in which O'Charley's you are dining. If you are on keto or low carbs, don't even go because you'll want those good, hot, buttery rolls and then you'll blow the whole thing. I know, I know, you think you can just ask the wait staff not to bring them to your table, but you'll see them at the next door tables and smell them ... or worse, someone at your table will order them... next thing you know, you'll be scarfing down white flour and butter like you've never known. Warning: Tuesdays are free pie night. #%^* what kind of fresh He$$?! Run! On the other hand, late night happy hour at like 10:00 ish til close, so you've got that going for ya!

Would give it zero if I could. Took 5 minutes before someone made it up front to sit us down in a completely empty restaurant. We were surrounded by dirty dishes the entire time that were never cleaned up. Asked for a medium well steak to be safe and it came out rare, barely even cooked. The only redeeming quality was the sweet waitress who did everything she could to make it better. Honestly the most depressing food service environment I’ve ever experienced.

It was a Monday, so it was pretty slow, the waitress was a doll and the service was fairly quick. The only thing I'd change is the portion size of the appetizer. We had ordered the spinach and artichoke dip and it was an extremely small portion for two people to share and for the price, it was good but not enough for $8. Also the bathrooms were in rough shape, which I could understand if they were busy, but they were not. Other than that the food and service were great, and the drinks we ordered was very good and totally worth the price ($4 margarita).
The service was terrible. We had to tell our waiter every move to make. The Wednesday free pie was good. I had the pecan. My friend had to take her lemon merangue home to thaw out.

I ordered the Prime Rib Steakhouse Burger. I ordered the burger medium, but there wasn't even a hint of pink to it. It didn't have any cheese or BBQ sauce. Basically, the burger was bone dry.

Service was very slow. It took 18 minutes for someone to come get our drink order. We were about to leave. They under cooked our food and forgot drink refills.
