This was our last time to eat here. I now understand why it was basically empty!!! Rolls were hard, the potato soup which used to be my favorite was nothing but cheese sauce. The Southern chicken on salads was very well done,some would call it burnt. The tea tasted like it was made in the coffee pot.

My husband & I stopped in on Wed, July 1st. It was a slow time for them as there were only a couple others inside. Although our waiter wasn't very attentative & we had to ask for a refill we still left a $5 tip. I checked my account and our $35 meal plus the generous $5 tip somehow ran through with an extra $10 attached to it totaling $50.04!! O'Charley's please explain the math on this! This is theft!

Awful service. Unfriendly waitress. Rolls seemed stale.The only thing that was correct with our order was the water to drink. However.. we never got a refill or even asked if we wanted one and we were there for an hour and 15 minutes. Took about 10 minutes for the waitress to come to the table to get our drink order. I ordered sirloin-cooked medium, broccoli and salad. I received sirloin cooked very well done and baked potato. Other person in party order burger-medium...came very well done with condiments she asked to be left off. Took another 10 minutes to get the broccoli, which is the only reason I gave 1 star. I was surprised I actually got it. Then another 15 minutes sitting there waiting for the check. There were only 5 tables occupied during our time there and our waitress had 3. Oh, and they're clearly not cleaning as they should be because we were given a ketchup bottle with dried ketchup on it.There are too many other choices in Lexington, I will never be back.
Service was slow. Two parties were seated after us and left before we did. Food was not cooked correctly and when brought back, was not all there. Manager should have come out to check things out. We feel there was not enough staff. We will probably not be back.
WORST service ever at an O’Charley’s (Richmond Road Lexington, KY)! Six other patrons left for lack of service while we were there. A waiter took our drink order and never came back. We had to move seats, and then they sat someone else at the table without cleaning it. We were served rolls, but no plates to put them on even after asking for plates, we were not brought any. We had to ask for refills, and our waitress took the cups and filled them without giving us new ones as is the usual. The waitress took my debit card without showing me a bill after waiting 10 min at least for a bill. There were only two servers. The manager was only seen for about 3 min total. The waitress asked us what color a Chardonnay was. She was also working the bar without knowledge of how to do it. She had gloves on, but she kept touching her hair with her gloves. This was the WORST service I have ever had!!!! I will not set foot in that establishment again! I was taking my parents out to dinner for a birthday and Father’s Day. I had to apologize for the time we had. ?
Visited on Father's Day, we was seated and placed our order. Our steak was at best Medium Rare, no where near WELL like we asked for. We asked them to re-make them and she put the order in only to return to the table to inform us the kitchen had misunderstood her and made one. Waitress said it would be longer as she had to start the second one now. Oh it has been 20 minutes and no refills even tho she has been to the table twice in that time. Had to ask the manager for refills.
After being on hold to place an order for 8 minutes My boyfriend and I decided to go in the restaurant in hope of better luck, thinking they might be busy. We walked in and waited for 5 minutes which was enough time to watch the bartender count her drawer, count the 6 tables that had customers, and to see 3 other employees. No one came to seat us, or speak to us at all actually. Terrible experience at this O'Charleys location!
Juts awful, potato soup was just a glob of cold thick cheese sauce. Dehydrated lettuce for a salad.

Have been an O’Charleys fan for nearly 40 years, but I had the worst experience ever at this location. My daughter’s mashed potatoes were cold (as in refrigerated cold), I was brought the wrong entree, I asked for a slice of pie and “to-go” boxes and got a frozen piece of pie in a go box. Then was charged for the pie after I presented a coupon. Not sure we’ll visit this location again
I arrived at the to-go area, and there were others already waiting. Someone got out and went in, so I did the same. There was nobody around, but a table full of orders getting cold, so I found the one I needed and grabbed it. A lady ran up to and rudely said “I can’t have you just coming in and grabbing stuff!” I suggested signs and she said “I’m just one person. I can’t always be right there when you pull up.” I said “That’s why signs would help.” She went into a tirade about everything being closed and I should know what to do by now because we’re five weeks in! (If I’ve ever been here before, it’s been years.). So, make sure you study up on their expectations of you before you visit!
I ordered a to go order and the customer service was great, the food was correct but all the food I got was old. The soup looked like it was scraped from the bottom of the pot that had been sitting there forever, the rolls were hard as rocks, my chicken tenders were 2 different colors and dry, the potato skins were hard and as soon as I bit into it grease poured out the side and dripped everywhere, and the pasta sauce was old looking like it had been sitting there for a while, and the cheese triangles were definitely old, when I bit into those all the cheese was melted inside the breading and it was totally hollow inside. The only part that looked remotely appetizing was the dipping sauces. The manager when I called was able to help me by replacing the order another time (because I didnt want to drive back out, it was late) but he sounded kind of annoyed that I was complaining. Hopefully next time itll be how it should have been in the first place.
Went with my husband. It was great. Great service and great food!
KiKi and Tara dome everything they could to make sure my gift card went through successfully. Very pleasant experience and I am glad o Charleys will go out of their way to satisfy their customers. Very great establishment.
