Service was slow. Two parties were seated after us and left before we did. Food was not cooked correctly and when brought back, was not all there. Manager should have come out to check things out. We feel there was not enough staff. We will probably not be back.
KiKi and Tara dome everything they could to make sure my gift card went through successfully. Very pleasant experience and I am glad o Charleys will go out of their way to satisfy their customers. Very great establishment.
I have to give 5 stars to the day bar manager Andie T for the outstanding customer service she gave me this afternoon. She sorted out an order issue with patience and quickly resolved the matter.. Very professional and respectful
