recommend. the only reason I gave a 4 star is because it took for ever for them to bring our pizza. but it was delicious.

The pizza is always awesome. My hot chicken wrap was so oily. I love the staff though! I always get a beer there. The beer selection is great!

Went here after a concert on a Saturday night, were the only people in the entire restaurant. Somehow being the only ones in the restaurant our food was messed up and service was awful. The waitress only put in half of our order, so when she delivered one of our pizzas she said she thought we already had the first one.. again, only people in the restaurant and she didn’t deliver the first pizza too us, so how she’d assume we had the first one idk. Admitted she was standing around talking is why she missed it, fine we gave her the benefit of the doubt and said that was okay, we were sitting there chatting as well. Stated she’d give us a discount for the troubles, fine whatever. We just tell her to make our food to go because it’s so late at this point. The rest of our food finally arrives 30 minutes later, we’re an hour in at this point.. still the only ones in the restaurant. The lady stated she’d give us a discount… before realizing she in fact did not give any sort of discount whatsoever my sister paid the $75 for two pizzas and an app PLUS tipped 20%. So $100ish dollars for a terrible experience and incorrect food, great. The pizza wasn’t even right so I had to go up to her as we walk out to have her just give me the rest of the toppings in a to go cup where I’ll fix it when we get home PLUS the thick OC crust was so thin that it barely held our toppings, I’m sure they did this to speed up the cook time because our first pizza which was same crust was not like this.

I don’t recommend it. We ordered 2 different pizzas and neither was very good. When we walked right in on a Saturday night and the place was practically empty it should have been a clear indicator. Our waitress was nice, but the pizza was not.

Love Old Chicago Pizza! Used to be more around and in my hometown but seems most have closed. Was excited to see one and had to stop. Double deckeroni is my favorite and the one here didn’t disappoint!

We came here tonight as a party to celebrate our daughter‘s birthday. I understand there was no servers, but it took almost 20+ minutes just to receive our drinks and our food came out by random and one of our family members never received their food after waiting almost 15 minutes after everybody was basically done I requested to speak to the manager and was told she was in the kitchen, putting food on trays And we requested that we haven’t received that specific person’s food and apparently it was sitting under the heating lamp, waiting one of our kids meals. The pasta wasn’t even fully cooked. Several people that got pizza. The cheese was burnt, and some of the toppings were burnt to a crisp. This used to be one of our favorite restaurants a few years ago and we’ve noticed it’s gone downhill really bad and we had to request the desserts that we paid for and they were putting to go boxes cause we’ve already been waiting for so long. I think we were all extremely disappointed with everything this evening even the birthday girl didn’t even touch her dinner, but we still paid for it. We sadly will not be back after this experience

Parker was incredible. He took excellent care of us. Especially my gluten free order. Very Friendly and nice atmosphere to have dinner. Reasonably priced. Thank you for such good Service.

We had to wait to be seated even though plenty of seats were open, it took 9 min just to get a diet drink and a tea they were not busy at all. We ordered 2 apps and a pizza 1 app came out then we got the 2nd about 15 min later and then the pizza all looked the pizza looked like they didnt even try and crust was damp and soggy. The pizza rolls were the best part we had 3 different people so had no idea who out waiter was. They were not busy at all so id say management is lacking at this location.

The pizza was good, the server was nice, but the music stopped basically as soon as we got there and all we had to listen to were infomercials. At least they turned it down the second time we asked. I recommend going before dinner rush is over. We also had to wait a couple minutes before being seated even though there were hardly any customers and the hostess was not very pleasant.
