Great food with nice portions that came out in a very quick manner. And the service was great.

Been here a few times, last time they were 30 mins late with our food but we got compensated. This time was worse. We came in when it was nearly empty, put in our order and as the restraunt filled up others got their pizzas before us (even though we were there before them). Wouldn't be as bad if our server actually communicated to us why we weren't getting our food. They also never checked in on us for the 25 mins to tell us about our pizza, nor did they also check on us for drink refills. And even after seeing other people eat and leave, they never apologized for the wait or tell us anything. They just gave us the check and thanked us for coming in. Was deeply disappointing

Rocky was amazing, definitely be back for the good vibes! Glad to still see an Old Chicago around, never disappoints!

We had a walk in party of 21 and they accommodated us immediately! Even though there were only 2 servers on the floor, due to the fact that it was 2pm on a Wednesday. All of the food was excellent and came out quickly. No mistakes were made with our entire order, drinks included! I was incredibly happy with our experience here today all the way around. Highly recommend!!

So I’m hospitality fella. I live and love it and how Joe and Taylor are treated are horrible. Management looks like they’re personally serving meth and he’s always no where to be found. Tonight a bigger situation happened, the manager and Joe (the bartender who is way more personable than the GM) was arguing with the GM. From my understanding it was because of the mass crowd push which isn’t on Joe. But the GM that refuses schedule help or help himself. Left him high and dry. I sit here to watch games a lot, and the more I find out the more I’m disappointed in management. My question to the managers.. what do you do in a working day? You can DM me but all public responses are welcome in support for the real leaders of the OC.

Stopped by after my grandsons hockey game. The girl was as sweet as could be, but she was way too busy elsewhere. By the time we got the soup, it was so cold that the top had a thick coating on it. They were out of fries for the kids, but didn't know that until 30 mins after we ordered. Shall I continue... we will not be going back! Good waitress or not, that was disgusting!

I did not enjoy this place. They were out of cheesy bread, and both hand tossed and ale crust. All of which we intended to order. Additionally, the portions were very small for the price. Our waitress was kind but the rest of the staff we encountered was not. I would not recommend.

Wasn't busy, many tables were empty, obviously under staffed!!!!!! Several people wanting to dine in sitting and standing everywhere there was no communication from the hostess, we personally stood there 30 plus min waiting then finally an employee walked up and said it would be a 45 min wait .... About 10 people walked out! I know how hectic it can be with customer service BUT old Chicago Pizza can do better than this... Maybe next time if we decide to try it again 🤷‍♀️

Two recent stops at this restaurant. I’m not a Lex resident so I don’t have many opportunities to visit.
Pet friendly in the summer. Lunch on the deck with family and the waiter even brought a bowl of water for my pup.
More recently I was doing a variety of chores in Lex. Rather than go to a burger place, I ordered a 7-inch deep-dish to go. Delicious and about the same price as a burger meal!

The food is very good. However, the service has been subpar on each of our last two visits. On different occasions, we were sitting for over 20 minutes before someone even came to take our drink order. This occurred each of our past 2 visits, over a year apart.

The last occasion, there was another table that left after sitting there 30 minutes and not having their order taken.

I ordered delivery and it took an extra hour to get to me. But the reason I rated it so low is the doughnut holes. For $6 I got 6 tiny holes, for real, look at the pic. I also did not get the fudge that goes with it. It looks like someone’s leftovers
