Went to this bar during the KY Vintage Fest on March 30, 2025. The food was ok, but it took us 50 minutes for me and my two friends to get our food. The owner was abrupt in his response to my inquiry about when our food would be up. The most he could do was offer was a free drink. The restaurant is definitely understaffed. Would not recommend anyone coming here.

A comfortable, clean, friendly bar with a kitchen open on the weekends plus Monday nights, when the Old Time Jam people descend on the bar and fill it with Appalachian Music. A great way to spend a casual Monday evening! Other musical events through the week (Chris Sullivan's open mic on Tuesdays, check the calendar). Wes and Grace and Layne make sure everyone is catered to. Four stars on the food just because the kitchen isn't open every night, but it does have vegetarian options. Local beer taps from around the Bluegrass.

Quality food can only carry a bar/restaurant so far. Service with a negative attitude will always bring down the experience for myself. Multiple times, on multiple visits, my wife has ordered drinks with friends and received unnecessary attitude from the bartender they encounter. Every conversation our group has had with this server has been negative. My sober wife went to order a Non-alcoholic beverage last night, and was lectured about how there is still alcohol in NA beverages. The bartender required ID to be shown, which is fine, my wife is 29 and already had it out - but there's no reason to share your useless information when we all know its only because they assumed my wife's age. This experience was the third and final straw and we won't be visiting again, at least until the rudest bartender we've encountered in town finds their next gig. Good luck!

We went on a Sunday. Only 1 other group there so it was not busy at all. We ordered the chicken burger and the chicken frahitas. Food was good. Atmosphere is great. Customer service is the worse we have ever encountered. They tout a Sunday brunch, but did not have any pancakes. The guy whobtooknour order was also the cook. He put our food up but never called us to let us know it was ready. A simple smile or a Thank You goes a long way. We did not order anything from the bar, but the girl behind the bar had the same scowl on her face as the guy who took our order. Grey Line Station could be such a happening place if it were managed correctly. to We won't be

We went for a late lunch so it was not too busy. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great. I loved the industrial feel. We went to the kitchen to order and the service was a bit transactional. We sat at the bar and I was glad that the bar staff was a lot more friendly and personable than the cook staff. We ordered the Old North Double Burger and the Chicken Fajita Quesadilla. Both were really good but expensive. No sides were included with the entrees. We also purchased two drinks. Prices were not listed for drinks and with one cocktail and one beer it was $22.

We had my husband's celebration of life at Old North Bar. The people there are incredible, so kind, and made sure the food and drinks were plentiful. My husband would have loved it, the atmosphere is just perfect, we held it Saturday afternoon and they closed it down to the public so it was just us. We had about 55 people, ample room, and the lay out works really.
