My Cubano sandwich was mostly prepared in the microwave, and somehow the cheese still wasn't properly melted. I ate the first half and it wasn't that bad, but the second half was horrible to the point that I started gagging. I love supporting local businesses, but this place really is not good.

The worst imitation, Cuban food I have ever eaten. Microwaved a Cubano, it had soggy bread. The worst thing was that they were shredding meat in the eating area on one of the tables, which is very unsanitary.

First time at the location. We ordered a cuban, shredded beef, and vegetarian sandwich with a kids meal of chicken and fries as well. I was extremely surprised by how large the portions were for an excellent price. First came out the chicken and fries for the kids and I thought I had mistakenly ordered 3 orders. I was wrong it was one. Huge portion. The sandwiches came out and they were also huge and delicious as well. We had to get a couple of to go boxes and have had left overs for 2 extra meals. The food is phenomenal, the service is fantastic, and the atmosphere made me feel like I was at an old friend's home. This place will be a staple for my family to go to for many years to come. Thanks again Old San Juan!!!

First time there. I had the Ropa Vieja and my son-in-law had a Cuban sandwich. The plates shown on the menu did not reflect the actual plate. The actual plate was completely loaded with food! Both choices were delicious. Service a little slow, but friendly. Will return.

Cuban sandwich was not what we expected. The bread was too thick and was not toasted much at all and wasnt hot in temperature, the pork was not shredded, the ham looked like it came from a deli and the cheese want melted either. We were charged $2.86 for a 12 ounce can of soda.
