Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We are long time customers (years) of Olive Garden Fayette Mall and have generally had very good service and meals. Our dinner last night was excellent, and our server was attentive but only to a point. She never offered a refill of our drinks or the soups at our table. She did, however, ask if we were interested in dessert, which we were not, and at that point, she was through with us. We had wanted to order coffee, but we were not given that opportunity. We had to summon her back to the table as a gift card wouldn't work in the card reader, which she took elsewhere to run the card. It would've been better service had she offered to take our credit cards to complete payments, but she didn't. After she processed the gift card, we ran our credit cards through the card reader, but the reader furnished blank paper receipts, so we had to summon her again to get copies of our receipts. As previously stated, the meal was very good as usual, and we had no complaints in that regard. Sometimes it doesn't mater how great the meal is if good service is lacking. Although our server may have meant well, perhaps she hadn't had the proper training to make her customers' dining experience completely successful.

Staff are busy but really friendly and helpful. Great family atmosphere.

Connie was our server and she did awesome! we came in when they first opened as we had a very early appointment for our son at UK. she was prompt, answered all our questions and interacted with our little one. food was great but service was better!

I ordered the tour of Italy first meal of the day super excited.. it took 30 mins for my order to be ready which isn’t an issue , BUT when I opened my food it literally looked like it had been sitting.. like it’s just old food or some . I’m so sad I’m pregnant and been having trouble eating so when your craving something and paying 27$ for one meal just for it to turn out this way is so disappointing and to add my breadsticks were literally solid. Inedible.

Ordered online first time. I put 0 for gratuity and gave the runner a cash tip when he finally came out with my soup. Looking at the receipt, it looks like they charged gratuity either automatically or fraudulently. Not a fan of this behavior, and the soup was not even worth $11!

It was good and everyone likes it.

This is the best place to get Italian food. Been here more than 50 times and it’s worth every visit. Every dish tastes good and the Alfredo is delicious. Zuppa Tuscana is one of their best soup. Their service is amazing and atmosphere is authentic Italian. Recommend this place for any occasion!

Always a good experience. Take home lunch after dining in is a deal. 5 cheese ziti! Yum. Salads yes! Bread sticks are ok. lol.

The chicken shrimp carbinara was amazing! All the food came quickly, hot, and delicious. The main reason for our review was the service provided by Rihanna! Best service we have had in over a year at any restaurant! Thank you for a wonderful evening!!

Went today after an appt in Lexington. Server was Connie and she is wonderful!!!! We absolutely loved her and the food was great, Connie was very attentive and sweet.
