We are long time customers (years) of Olive Garden Fayette Mall and have generally had very good service and meals. Our dinner last night was excellent, and our server was attentive but only to a point. She never offered a refill of our drinks or the soups at our table. She did, however, ask if we were interested in dessert, which we were not, and at that point, she was through with us. We had wanted to order coffee, but we were not given that opportunity. Connie was our server and she did awesome! we came in when they first opened as we had a very early appointment for our son at UK. she was prompt, answered all our questions and interacted with our little one. food was great but service was better!
This is the best place to get Italian food. Been here more than 50 times and it’s worth every visit. Every dish tastes good and the Alfredo is delicious. Zuppa Tuscana is one of their best soup. Their service is amazing and atmosphere is authentic Italian. Recommend this place for any occasion!
