I asked for shark gummies and she put on 4 and then when we were paying they all fell off and she just stared at it and asked if I wanted more and I said yes and she ok and handed it to me without them, I’m furious.

At the entrance outside the trash can was overflowing & 50 or more bees were swarming. On the door was a sign apologizing for the bees.
Additionally the walk outside the store is in desperate need of pressure washing.

The young man that was putting toppings on our frozen yogurt got our toppings wrong (put cookie dough bites instead of brownie bites) and when I asked him (kindly) what those were, he was rude and asked annoyed “what” when I was pointing directly at them. He then said “those are birthday cake, I mean cookie dough bites” and I (kindly) said that’s not what we asked for and he hesitantly went and put the right topping on there without even offering to take the wrong topping off. Then his buddy checking us out at the register who picked up on the interaction was also rude when taking payment. Overall very rude young men and I just wanted a sweet treat, it was ruined by their attitude on this lovely day. Added photo of the UNEATEN cookie dough bites that we did not ask for PLUS tasted horrible. July 31st 2024 at 9 pm.

Went a few nights ago & felt rushed out by the cashier. I greeted him & ask how he was doing he completely ignored me. I asked for suggestions & all he did was point at a menu & walked away. It was my first time going to this chain restaurant & I was excited but once I left I felt like I could have spent my money elsewhere due to the service

The service and froyo never disappoints every time I come! This froyo is a lot cheaper compared to others. They base their prices off of size instead of weight.

We really like orange leaf and the only one in Louisville closed. We try to stop when in Lexington. Toasted marshmallow is excellent. I just miss doing my own toppings

Great frozen yogurt with a large variety. Plenty of condiments and friendly staff. The interior is clean and has a very nice modern design. This is my family's preferred frozen yogurt business.

We will not be back! 3 employees "working". Two playing on a phone together, sitting on the counter! No one spoke to/greeted us. I had two young children attempting to fill their cups when the non-counter sitting employee stepped in front of them to wipe down a machine (many machines were not in working condition). I paid, no "thank you" or comment at all. We drive from across town to give this fun experience to our kids. Keep your $10 cup and awful experience!

This Orange Leaf location is fun, casual, and consistent with its sweet, cold froyo! My fiancé and I have been multiple times and their froyo is good in both summer and winter!The flavours here are delicious, ever-changing, and creative. The strawberry, orange, cheesecake, blueberry and white chocolate-dipped strawberry are my favourite flavours to mix and match together. The real fruit topping options, along with their popping fruit-flavoured boba are delicious and so refreshing.This place is a great stop for your froyo cravings. They seem to change their flavours every so often, so come back in different seasons and during different holidays to find new favourites!

Parking: This location has is located in an outlet mall and has a few free parking spots outside of it.

Kid-friendliness: The frozen yogurt flavours here are fun and the toppings range from fruit to candy, plus they have different syrups. Any kid would love coming here for a sweet and cold treat!
